1S/E of Tri-pole structure made out of 11KV PCC pole with an overall length of 10.97Mtr (3 Nos)as per site requirement and working Strength of 400 kg confirming to latest IS standards and as per the standard design/drawing and technical specification attached at page no.39-41 &50 of DNIT with following items: i) 4 Nos. MS channel iron 100X50X6mm, 6.5 ft long on top of structure with required size and quantity of nut and bolts complete in all respect as required at site.= 1Job. ii) 2 No. MS angle iron 50X50X6mm, 7 ftwith 2 No. MS earth reels on both sides to be fitted with suitable size of MS clamp made out of MS flat 50x6mm along with appropriate size of MS nut and bolts long on top of structure with required size and quantity of nut and bolt complete in all respect as required at site.= 2 Nos. iii)6 Nos 11KV pin insulator with G.I pins confirming of relevant IS standars. iv) 14 kg barbed wire on tri-pole structure and on cross memberof the bracing. v) Cross bracing between the tri-pole structure comprising of 4 No. MS angle iron 50x50x6mm of 8 ft long for cross bracing and 4 No. MS angle iron 50x50x6mm of 7 ft long straight members with poles as per drawing to be fitted with suitable size MS clamps made out of MS flat along with appropriate size of MS nut and bolts long on top of structure with required size and quantity of nut and bolt complete in all respect as required at site. vi) Enamled danger plates of standard design size with suitable clamps nuts and bolts complete as required duly written in 2 languages (English and hindi) and with mark of danger = 2 Nos. vii) Supply and erection of 6 Nos. 11KV disc insulator 45 KN conforming to relevant IS standard alongwith fitting on both side with suitable size of dead end clampsand PG clamps complete in all respect as required at site. viii) All metallic parts should be painted with 1st quality aluminum paint in 2 coats after providing red oxide primer.
2S/E of 11 KV stay sets complete comprising of the following items as per sketch at page no.52 of DNIT. 1. S/E 1 No. MS round, 20/19mm dia, 1.8 mtr. long having threading on one side 30cm and hook on other side as per standard design of department. 2. S/E of 1 No. anchor made out of 2 Nos. MS channel iron of size 100x50x6mmx2’. 3. S/E of 1 No. MS elbow made out of MS round 16mm dia 31” long with a hooks welded with MS channel iron of 75x40x6mmx300mm long. 4. S/E for nuts for stay rod = 1 Kg approx. 5. S/E of stay wire 7/10 SWG normal length 12mtr. 6. S/E of 1 No. disc insulator 45 KN as per IS 7. S/E of MS clamp made out of MS flat of size 50x6mm = 2 Nos. 8. GI thimbles = 2 Nos.
3S/E of 11KV intermediate PCC 11KV line with following items as per arrangement shown in the drawing attached at Page No.52 of the DNIT job complete in all respect as required at site. i) Supply and erection of 11KV intermediate PCC pole – 1 No. as detailed specification for 11KV PCC pole attached at Page No.39-41 of the DNIT. ii) Supply and erection of MS channel 100x50x6mm x 5 ft long 1 No. along with knee bracing to be fitted on the pole with suitable size of clamp made out of 50x6mm MS flat along with appropriate size of MS nuts and bolts complete in all respect as required at site. iii) Supply erection of 3 Nos. 11KV pin insulator with G.I pins confirming to relevant IS standards. iv) Supply and erection of earth angle 50x50x6mm x 6 ft long with 2 Nos. MS earth reels on both sides to be fitted with suitable size of MS clamps made out of 50x6mm MS flat along with appropriate size of MS nuts and bolts complete in all respect as required at site. v) S/E of top hamper made out of 50x6mm size MS flat with 2 Nos. bolts of 5/8 inch dia of suitable length as per site requirement. vi) Supply and erection of 1 No. 11KV danger plate to be fitted on the PCC pole with suitable size of Ms clamp made of MS flat 25x6mm along with appropriate size of nuts and bolts as per IS standard. vii) Barbed wire= 2Kg viii)All metallic parts should be painted with 1st quality aluminum paint in 2 coats after providing re oxide primer.
4Supply, testing, commissioning, stringing and sagging of ACSR 154mm2 for making a three phase 11KV line including jumpers at deading points and sectionalizing GO switches etc. complete in all respect as per IS.
5Making of 11KV deading with following items as per arrangement shown in the drawing attached at Page No.54 of the DNIT. i) X-arm of channel 100x40x6mmx6’=1no. ii) M.S Full half clamp made of size 50x50x6 = 3No. iii) M.S half clamp made of size 50x6mm = 1No. iv) M.S angle iron of size 50x50x6mm for earth wires = 7’ v) M.s Nut & Bolts of size 5/8” as per requirement at site. vi) Disc insulators 45KN as per IS with fitting = 3 Nos.
6Supply, stringing & sagging of hot dip galvanized GI wire of size 4.00mm dia. (8 no. SWG) the GSL wire will be used as earthing wire and should be of size 8 no. SWG and confirmed to IS: 7887/1975 or latest version thereof if any galvanized heavily coated as per IS: 4826/1979 with latest amendment if any.
7S/E earth electrode made of MS rod 20mm dia. 3Mtr long for earthing of 11KV PCC pole with S/E of GSL No. 8 SWG, MS conduit pipe 18mm dia to be provided along the pole complete in all respect as per requirement at site. (drawing at page no. 53).
8Laying & commissioning of HT 3x185mm2 XLPE cable in kacha path in ground after digging trench 90Cm below ground level including excavation of trench and cushioning covering with sand and supply and placing 2nd class burnt bricks on each and either side of cable and flat on top of the cable and refilling and ramming the trench in original position complete job as per standard design of the department. The specification and sketch attach at page no.42-48 &55
9D/E, stringing and sagging of ACSR 154mm sq. for making a 3 phase 11KV line.
10D/O 11 KV PCC Pole alongwith complete fitting.
11D/O HT Stay Set.
12D/O GSL 8 SWG.
13D/E of HT jumper set.
14D/O HT 3x185mm2 XLPE underground cable.
15D/E of 11KV G.O switch.
16D/E of HT 3x185mm2 XLPE cable along the pole.
17Supply, providing, making and erection of credal guard made of GI wire of size 8 SWG as per IS including binding with suitable size of GI binding wire with existing double earth wire of 11KV O/H line complete in all respect.
18Note:1. The rates quoted by the bidder should be inclusive of all taxes. 2. The bidder/firm should quote rate in percentage in the BOQ only. 3. No tax/GST/Duties/Levis what so ever shall be paid extra. 4. Rate and any other finacial entity in other form other than BOQ i.e. Letter head attached, incorporated by the bidder shall be straight away ignored and shall not be considered as prescribed in DNIT.
