    Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract Of Two Nos Dg Set At Iocl Siliguri Terminal, West Bengal State Office -Amc For 2 Nos Of 600 Kva Perkins Make Dg Sets For 3 Years:Routine Maintenance Of Dg Sets - Once In A Month. The Routine Maintenance Includes Checking For Air System, Fuel System, Lube Oil System And Cooling System Etc, Checking Of Battery, Starter Motor, Charging Alternator, Electronic Control Panel, Alternator Terminals And Earthings, Temperature Monitoring System Of Engine / Alternator Bearings, Windings, Monitoring Of Winding Condition Etc As Per Oem Recommended Maintenance Schedule, Taking Trial Run At No Load And Load Condition, Measuring Current, Voltage, Temperature, Vibration Values ( By Calibrated Instrument Carried By 10Cl ) Etc And Submitting The Detail Report. The Detailed Scope Is Mentioned In The Tender Document. The Amc Also Includes Minimum Two Nos Of Breakdown Maintenance Per Year Both For Engine & Alternator, Fault Diagnosis And Resoving The Fault. Spare Parts If Any Required Will Be Paid Extra.Bill For Amc Service Is To Be Claimed On Quarterly Basis.
