1Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of floor mounted high performance industrial grade Precision Air Conditioning system of capacity 10 TR with and including the following: - (i) Temperature control: Conditioned server room temperature should be within the range of 18 to 27 degree centigrade DB temperature and capable to maintain any temperature set within the range with + 1% tolerance. (ii) RH control: Conditioned server room relative humidity should be within the range of 40% to 60% and capable to maintain any RH set within the range with + 5% tolerance. (iii) Filtration: 95% down to 5 micron (iv) Operational Hours: 24 x 7 x 365 (iv) Refrigerant: Non CFC (R-410a) (v) Fan: High efficiency IP 54 Electronically Commuted (EC) Fan statically and dynamically balanced with self-lubricating bearings.Should have continuous speed regulation, low noise and corrosion resistant blades. (vi) Expansion Valve: Thermostatic (vii) Controller: Microprocessor based LCD display with corded remote. Controller should suitable for setting and monitoring of (a) Room air temperature, (b) Temperature set-point, (c) Temperature band, (d) Humidity, (e) Humidity set-point, (f) Humidity band. It should display/ indicate cooling and heating modes. (viii) Compressor: Fully hermetic digital scroll compressor with variable capacity (ix) Airflow direction: Downthrow discharge and top return (x) Condenser: Air cooled condensor with outlet service valve, safety valve, filter drier, moisture indicating sight glass, liquid line solenoid valve, expansion valve directly controlled by unit microprocessor for highest energy efficiency (xi) Evaporator: DX cooling Copper tube evaporator coil mechanically bonded to hydrophilic painted aluminium fins with stainless steel condensate drain pan. (xii) Humidifier: Infrared humidifier (suitable for use with water of varying degrees of hardness) with water inlet valve, maximum water level sensor
2(xiv) Indicators: LED lamp visual indicators in different colours for Power ON (Yellow), Unit ON (Green) andWarning/ Alarm activated (Red) (xv) Refrigerant piping: Required refrigerant copper piping (suction and discharge) as per site condition (approx distance from outdoor unit to Indoor unit is 10 RM) shall be provided and the cost thereof deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The refrigerant pipe should have (a) expansion valve with pressure equalisation, (b) removable liquid line drier/ filter, (c) liquid line sight glass with moisture indicator, (d) hand shut off valves (xvi) Air Quantity: 500-600 CFM/ TR (xvii) Heating/ reheating: Rigid design crankcase heaters with ON-OFF control type protected by MCBs of suitable rating (xviii) Body: The indoor cabinet should be elegant metal body with dimensions not more than 900 mm (width) x 900 mm (depth) x 2000 mm (height). The fan section shall be double skinned and side panels should be insulated with glasswool insulation 10-25 mm thick with density 30-40kg/cum.(xix) Cooling circuits: Each circuit shall be equipped with pre-set high pressure (HP) switch and low pressure (LP) transducer for protection against high condensing and low evaporating temperatures. The HP switch shall be equipped with a manual reset. There should be moisture indicating sight glasses and liquid line solenoid valves for each circuit and mounted in a manner to be visible from service window and accessible from frontal door opening. (xx) Safety Interlocks: Operation of heaters & humidifiers shall be possible only when blower fan is in operation. Fire detection signal from fire detector system shall be able to switch off the package unit operation in event of fire in conditioned space. (xxi) Make/ Model: Model No PX033 of make: VERTIV or equivalent in make: Stulz/ Schneider as approved by GE
3Note: - (i) The cost of foundation and fixing arrangements for indoor and outdoor units shall be as recommended by the manufacturer and cost thereof deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The interconnecting refrigerant pipes/ electric cables are also deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Any accessories not mentioned above but forming essential part of standard module of manufacturer deemed to be included in the quoted rate (iii) Onsite installation and testing should be carried out by rep of OEM in the presence of Engr-in-charge & representative of the accepting officer. (iv) The OEM preferably should have its branch in north-east region of India to get better support for troubleshooting/ maintenance in future. (v) The specification and GA drawing of the system as submitted by the OEM should begot approved by GE before placing order to the manufacturer (vi) Pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by representative of accepting officer and all necessary T&P for testing should be arranged by the bidder. Cost thereof deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(vii) Contractor will submit original purchase vouchers and manufacturer"s test certificate to GE before payment of RAR.
4Excavation in trenches in soft/loosesoil n exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out including forming bottom surface forlaying HT cable, foundations etc complete all as specified and directed.
5Returning filling in includingspreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
6Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at alevel n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
7Supply and laying dry sand cushioning for UG cable protection in trenches withfine river sand 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cmafter laying the cable gently punned down to 10 cm on top of the cable complete all as specified and directed[Note:- The punned down thickness will be measured for payment].
8Material and labour for brick protection cover to underground cable with sub-class ‘B’ old size over burnt bricks laid dry and flat across the axis of cable, abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.
9Material and labour forgalvanised tubing light grade laid in trenches or fixed to wall or laid under road in any position with necessary clamp nut and bolt etc of 80mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.
10Supply, install, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.
11Supply, install, testing and commissioning ofLTPANEL, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz,indoor cubical type floor mounted CPRI approved factory made,double doordust and vermin proof, fabricatedout of CRCA sheet not less than 2.00 mm thick with 2mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestalmade out of 50x50x6 mm with cable chamberfor individual feeders for incommingand outgoing connections,the panel board shall be provided with proper ventillation including suitable size of cable alley copper bus bar suitable for carrying of current200 Amps with suitable connections from MCCB out going to main bus bar shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bars of suitable rating and connections from main bus bar to out going MCCB"s (intake point) will be carried out with TPN copper bus bar as per MCCB rating duly insulated and colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be rigidly mounted on suitable size of bridge insulator including necessary PCC foundation and fixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the pedestal all as specified and directed comprising of the following :-(a) MCCB 125 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V rupturing capacity 25 KA - 2 Nos (Incomer). (b) Onload Changeover switch 125 Amps 4 pole - 1 No (c) MCCB 63 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V rupturing capacity 25 KA - 2 Nos (Outgoing). (d)MCB TPN 40 Amps 230 V, 10 kA "C" curve - 2 Nos (Outgoing). (e) Current transformer 125/ 5 A - 3 Nos (f) Three phase LED multi-function meter for indication of Current, Voltage, Frequency, Power Factor, KW, KVA, KVAR, KWH, KVAH, KVARH, MD etc - 1 No (g) Phase Indicating lamp LED type (R, Y, B) - set of three.
12Material and labour for voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second and of capacity 25 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
13Material and labour for Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type heat and smoke combination detector Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 complete all as specified and directed.
14Material and labour for Fire Alarm Sounders / Sirens Electronic type horizontal single stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of + 5 DB 500 mtr range complete all as specified and directed.
15Supply and fixing wiring for circuit/submain wiring with 2 run of 1.5 sqmm FR is PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required in PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed.
16Material and labour for Addressable manual call point resettable type complete all as specified and directed.
17Supply and fixing tubes, "medium grade" galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
18Material and labour for screwing existing steel tubing of size 20 mm bore for alteration or addition (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) complete all as specified and directed.
19Supply and fixing stop valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends foriron pipe orfor unions and fixed of size 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.
