Casement Door – 60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60 mm x 55 mmx2.5 mm for outer frames, 102 mm x 60 mm x 2.25 mm for casement Door Sash Profile and 74 mm x 60 mm x 2.5mm mullion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC Board of Greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistantaccessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No., per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges, T&P materials, cess etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charage.

4Wall Painting two coats with Plastic Emulsion paint over a coat of wall primer of approved shade on new work including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
5Finishing wall surface with Weather Coat two coats with any approved shade over a coat of primerincluding cost, conveyance, cess and royalties of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respectas per direction of Engineer In Charge.
6Painting two coats with enamal paint to doors and windows including cost, conveyance, cess and royalties of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respectas per direction of Engineer In Charge.
