1Dehydration and Filteration of 22 KV grade Transformer oil through stream line filteration plant for extracting moisture content in the oil and carbon deposits and achiving the dielectric strength to 40 KV for 1 minute with a sphare gap of 2.5 mm and also checking the acidity of oil with acidity test kit and submitting the necessary test kit report /certificate, refilling the filtered oil into 2000 KVA transformer etc as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: The filtration includes taking necessary connection to filtration plant from the transformer to their hose pipe by opening the inlet and outlet oftransformers and closing the same after filtration.
2Taking out HT VCB ,22 KV grade 1250 Amps rating from HT panel for servicing / repairs by dismantling the HT VCB operating mechamism, inspection of control wiring realignment of moving contacts with fixed contacts assy, vaccum interrupter ,checking ofrelays for protection. greasing of all moving parts of mechanis, checking and realignment of mechanism for its proper functioning and operation, re-assembling of HT VCB , fixed in its original position , testing for functions, and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr in charge.
3S&F in repair HT bushing spout of fibre or as per existing for 22 KV HT VCB 1250 Amp rating and removing the unsv spout complete all as directed by Engr in charge.
4Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for vltage upto 33 KV (size 2 mtr x 1 mtr) for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 suitable for electrical shock safety complete all as directed by Engr in charge.
5Calibration of 22 KV grade HT VCBrelaysof various types by OEM through primary & Secondary injection method by bringing relay test kit and other required measuring equipments to the site, after testing refixing to VCB 22 KV panel all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Certificate of this test will be provided by the contractor free of cost.
6Testing of HT current transformer (set of three) through primary current injection method and also checking the connected panel wiring by brining required test kit and other required testing equipmentand also checking tripping and closing operation complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
7Supply, install, test, commissioning of 22 KV grade HT VCB current transformer in repair CT of 22 KV grade with CT ratio 200/1005/5 fixed with HT VCB 122 KV including necessary cable connection etcsuitable for fixing in HT panel board including modificationrequired at site to be carried to fix CT upto recess/coilsincluding removing the burnt CTs complete all as directed.
8M&L for checking of Potential Transformer by conducting ratio test/meggering for IR values, provided in VCBs 22 KV feeders checking of control wiring meters, relay and tripping system.complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
9S&F in repair PT for HT OCB/VCB 11/22 KV/110 volts/3, 100 VA resincast appoxy moulded with metal enclosure as per site requirement and connecting bus bar including providing bus bar complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
10S&F HT Voltmeter, range 0 to 33 KV auxillary supply 110 Volts suitable forfixing with exixting HT VCB 22 KVpanel.complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
11S&F ammeter suitable for fixing with existing HT VCB 22 KV panel ratio like 300/5,200/5,100/5 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
12Supply only hand gloves HT for operating / handling sub station 22 KV ISI Marked.complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
13S&F in repair breather assembly suitable for existing transformer 2000 KVA capacity after removing the unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
14Repair to transformer to arrest oil leakage by removing transformer oil , dismantling the top cover alongwith conservator tank/ OLTC, replacing the top gasket washer etc replacement of HT/LT bushes complete dismantling the cooling fins and welding where leakage to arrest oil leakage and reassembling the transformer, refilling filtered oil testing complete for transformer capacity 2000 KVA all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
15Dismantalling the exsisting Transformerby disconnecting incoming and outgoingHT/LT cables/sandwitch duct connectionand remove the 2000 KVA transformer tank top cover /lid of 22 KV grade , draining out the transformer oil and keeping in safe custody in clean and dry containers for reuse. and carrying out themaintenance work by experiencedand qualified Engineer , dismantling the OLTC , dismantlingHT/LT bushings from core winding and lifting the core assy carefullywithout damaging by using the tripod/ chainpully/crane etc, cleaning / removing the sludge from the transformer tank, cleaning the OLTC and checking the serviceability of the coil / core winding , checking the condition of the body , cleaning the coil/ core assy , refixing of core , core assy , OLTC, HT/LT winding connection, connection of protective devices like buckholz relay connection,winding temperature indication ,oil temperature indication includingfixing new gaskets to transformer top and all other places gaskets/washer , terminal studs of HT/LT sides and reassembling of transformer after repairs, refitting the transformer coil incl improvement of insulation resistance value within desired level by heating or any other method to required level complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge. Note- Filteration of oil will be measured and paid separately .
16Supply only silica gel in the transformer breather assy including taking out UNSV silicagelcomplete.
17Supply only HV Bushingsuitable for 2000 KVA transformer including connection complete all as directed.

23Servicing / repairs of Automatic Voltage Regulator for its healthy functioning of voltage tap required for LT switchgears installed for each transformer of 2000 KVA by taking shutdown of each transformer . Checking for operating mechanism, inspection of control wiring, tap changer meter, relay wiring for AVR, greasing of all moving parts of mechanis, checking and realignment of mechanism for its proper functioning and operation, re-assembling of AVR , fixed in its original position , testing for functions, and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr in charge.
