15M& L for forming embankement including raising earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick and n exc. 1.5m high from base, watering ramming/ rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power roller under optimum moisture conditionto 95% modified proctor density and finished to required gradient, size andcamber as required, complete, all as specified and directed.
16M & L for PCC (1:4:8)type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
17M & L for dry clean sand passing through IS sieve 2.36mm and held in IS Sieve 600 micron, spread and compacted to 10mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed.

44Taking out HT/LT/UG cables of any size and capacity from trenches/road crossing/from circular pipe/duct etc.without damaging the cable and cleaning/straightening of cable as per site requirement and re-laying the same HT/LT cable of any size and capacity, complete, all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Excavation/Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Any damage to the existing cable while taking out, shall be sole responsibility of the contractor to make it serviceable without any extra cost.

Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of excavation, PCC foundation and Minimum 3 Nos of 8mm dia TMT bars along with 6 Nos cross bas of dia 6mm in reinforcement with shuttering including painting etc.
55AIR FIELD LIGHTING SYSTEM (AFLS) Removing and re-installation of Elevated Taxi Way Lights, Transformer box, 45 W 6.6/6.6A Isolating Transformers etc. including connecting spare parts and accessories as given in subsequent items here-in-after :- Notes: (i)The complete scope of work related to AFLS shall be got executed in consultation with Users.The contractor shall ensure that the operational requirement of Users as directed by GE are not affected during execution and the hardware and software is integrated with the existing system. (ii) DGPS survey before removal and reinstallation of AFLS shall be carried out through one of the specialized agencies as mentioned here-in-after. (iii) Post re-installation of AFLS, CAMS warranty benefits would be applicable and contractor shall submit an undertaking in this regard. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of new items to be executed against damaged items during removal/re-installtion.

68Supply and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin quality transparent) GRADE-I conforming to IS-10889 as anti-friction layer over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap betweenadjacent strip and transverse joint as minimum 300mm and transverse joints at ends as minimum 300mm etc complete asspecified and directed. Note: Side lap and end lap shall be 300 mm. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the laps.
69Material & Labour for350mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC)work in Pavement / Dispersal / Taxi Link of minimum field flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm (lower control limit) LCL after 28 days of pavement slab using minimum 400 Kg Ordinary Portland Cement Grade 43 per cumwith not exc 31.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate conforming to IS: 383 (grading and other parameters as specified in PS) and mixed with non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% of weight of ordinary portland cement grade 43 of PQC or as per manufacturers instuction, mixed in batching plant transported to site, laid in panels, spread and compacted using slip form sensor paver , mechanically vibrated and bull nosing / rounding off the edges, curing compund, finishing the surface by belting and brooming without using extra cement etc including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) Flexural strength shall be established by beam test and design mix formula should be compatible to IRC-44-2017, IS-456. (b) The non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement mixed with concrete shall be measured and paid separately as ‘Supply only’ under respective item of BOQ. (c) All types of joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. Curing compound shall be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry and rate for use of curing compound shall be included in the unit rate quoted. (d) No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joint. However, deduction shall be made for the space occupied by expansion joints. (e) Cost of any admixtures required to achieve the desired properties of concrete shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for PQC nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (f) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of Ordinary Portland Cement grade 43 contentis used in the work as per approved Design Mix. (g) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness. (h) The trial bay will be executed as per above specification and shall be approved by GE. The quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive for this provision and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (j) Surface shall be finished by traverse brooming of maximum 1.5 mm deep as per ICAO or as per requirement of Air Force Authority. Brooming shall be done through auto texturing machine and rate is included in quoted rate. (k) Ordinary Portland Cement grade 43 only shall be used.
70Supply only non circular synthetic polyster fibre, 6/12mm long with circum-circle diameter 30-35micron, designed for melting point 240-260 degree Celsius and having specific gravity 1.34 to 1.40 etc, complete all as specified and directed.
71Material & labour for cutting of Construction Joint, 24 mm deep and 8 mm wide using high RPM diamond bit cutter, cleaning of surface and filling with closed cell, medium density cross linked polyethylene backup rod of 10 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint, priming top 15 mm with approved primer, applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212,BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003with minimum MAF +/- 30% and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant and as specified and as per the method specified by the manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The joint shall be treated with a coat of lime wash/ bituminous paint before the adjoning bay is laid. (b) The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with sealant havint 10 year performance guarantee. (c) Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature conditions specified by the sealant manufacturer. (d) Top level of joint sealant should be as per application temperature conditions and season to avoid sealant extrusion/ failure.
72Material & labour for Forming 25mm width Expansion Joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC (upto depth of 350mm) using high RPM Diamond bit cutter.The joint be cleaned and filled with pre-molded compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and then priming top 15 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212,BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 with minimum MAF +/- 30%, applying masked tape on the edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed. Note:- (a)The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with sealant having 10 year performance guarantee. (b) Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature conditions specified by the sealant manufacturer. (c)Top level of joint sealant should be as per application temperature conditions and season to avoid sealant extrusion/ failure.
73Material & labour for Forming Dummy/Contraction Joint using high RPM diamond cutter with intial saw cut with 3mmsoon after concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab or PQC (upto depth 350mm thick), widening the first saw cut to 6 mm width andJoint to be filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia for complete length of the joint, priming the top 15 mm with approved primer, applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212,BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with seaqlant having 10 year performance guarantee. (b) Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature conditions specifies by the sealant manufacturer. (c) Top level of joint sealant should be as per application temperature conditions and season to avoid sealant extrusion/failure.
74M&L for 2 mm thick painting to road surfaces as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters, zebra crossing etc on roads, pavements and the like etc. with thermoplastic road marking paint incl applying type-II glass beads dispencsed from the in built dispenser unit @ 250-300 gm/Sqm simulteneously complete all as per manufacturers instruction and as directed.
75SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Note :- Amount of Rs. 2,68,500.00 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
