| 1 | Charging of hydraulic accumulator with nitrogen up to specified pressure (12.5 bar). Renew all hydraulic filter elements. Carry out functional test of relief valve. Uncontrolled roll indication observed while deploying stabilisers. Defect to be rectified. Malfunctioning local, remote and auto operation of stabilisers at harbour and at Sea. Serviceability check of servo control valves. Defective Servo control valves to be repaired/replaced. Serviceability checks of all potentiometers. Defective Potentiometers to be repaired/replaced. Flushing through of the entire system using flushing kit to be undertaken. Local control panel to be fully overhauled. Following to be undertaken:- (a) Insulation checks (b) Renewal of defective wiring (c) Checks of connectors. (d)Serviceability checks of elements inside control panels (e) Checks of fuses and relays (f)Continuity checks All defective components to be repaired by the firm/ replaced and full operationalization of MCR control Panel to be ensured.
