| 6 | Attending maintenance of Air conditioners (Spilt/ Window/Tower/Inverter types) unit of 1/1.5 /2.0 ton capacity by carrying out servicing of Indoor / Outdoor units of Air Conditioner unitie water wash/chemical wash, removal of dust in evaporator/ condensor fins cleaning /washing of air filters, checking of joints, weather coverings on liquid and gas line,safety valve, drain pipe flowetc, attending repairs and replacement of AC spares such as Compressor, Condensor, capacitor, Swing Blades, Swing Motor, Blower fan, blower fan motor, Indoor/Outdoor fan blade, motor, fan bush, display unit, drain water unit, Air Filters, gas/liquid valves, copper pipes, copper coils, insulation, contactor, relay, PCB kit, etc other maintenance nature works, testing & commissioning, fixing of new Air Conditioner units and allied works, by engaging the following workmen who are capable of doing the above works, as and when assigned by the Engineer in charge , excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost, but including cost of all labour charges, labour welfare cess and GST, etc complete. |
