2Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
3Construction of embankment with earth obtained from borrows pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope, watering and compacting to meet rquirement of table 300-2of Morth with CBR^ 5 1. The item includes the cost of all the operations involved to Complete the jobas givenunder section 305 of Morth Specification including the cost of all materials machenery,tools,plans, labour and royality with all lead to complete the jobas per apprved drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 2. Cost of testing of all materials involved in the executionof itemaper approved QAPand specification tothe testing laboratory.3. The item includeds all other incidental expenditure for Completing the job as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.4. Barricading and allsafety requirement asspecified inthe tender documents.Mode of measurementMeasurement for payment shallbe made for finished items on sectional area basis in cubicmetre ,volume being computed bytaking initial and final levels.
4Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying andcuring, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Note : 1) Excess/less cement used than specified in this item is payable/ recoverable separately.All works upto plinth level :M-10 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considere @ 220 kg/cum)

10Providing and Fixing Straining Y-arms, for supporting concertina coil,as per specified drawing , made up of MS angle 50 x 50 x 5 mm, onearm length 510 mm, welding as mention as drawing,with Hot dip galvanised coating ofminimum360 GSMas per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTM A123 / IS 4736 and thermoplast powder coating of minimum 200 microns of colour RAL 6005fitted to CHS posts with proper sleeve caps ( cap of63 mm outer dia for straining Y arms being provided at every 30 metreofsize , shape and fixing arrangement of caps with two numbers S.S. mushroom headbolts with breakable head safety nuts (M 8X120 ) to be provided as per attached drawings ) made of3mm thick 63mm OD 100mm long pipe welded to 76mm dia 4mm thick plate andwith Hot dip galvanised coating ofminimum360 GSMas per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTM A123 / IS 4736 and thermoplast powder coating of minimum 200 microns of colour RAL 6005 .
11Providing and Fixing intermediate Y-arms for supporting concertina coilas per specified drawing , made up of MS angle 40x25x3 mm, onearm length 510 mm, welding as mention as drawing, with Hot dip galvanised coating ofminimum360 GSMas per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTM A123 / IS 4736 and thermoplast powder coating of minimum 200 microns of colour RAL 6005fitted to CHS posts with proper sleeve caps ( cap of83 mm outer dia, 79 mm inner diafor intermediate Y arms being provided at every 2.5 meterofsize , shape and fixing arrangement of caps with two numbers S.S. mushroom headbolts with breakable head safty nuts (M 8X120 ) to be provided as per attached drawings ) made of2mm thickplate andwith Hot dip galvanised coating ofminimum360 GSMas per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTM A123 / IS 4736 and thermoplast powder coating of minimum 200 microns of colour RAL 6005 .

14Providing and Fixing 6 nos Razor wire of Tear Blade profile (3 nos fixed to each arm of Straining & intermediate Y-arms using accessories as per manufacture"s specifications)having SS blade(SS 304) of length of 30 mm,thickness0.45 mm, C/ C distance of blades as 50 mm & core wire diameter 3.50 mm duly galvanised to minimum 275 gsm and having tensile strength of 1400-1500 N per Sq.mm. (Each wire will be measured and paid separately)
15Providing and Fixing Razor wire coil of dia 850 mm and dia of wire not less than 3.5mm. It should have 56 loops of coil when not stretched. The razor wire coil should have galvanizing with min 275 gsm galvanisation conforming to IS 6745. The weight of razor coil should not be less than 20.5 kg (with variation of 5%) per coil. The razor wire coil to be fixed with hog ring tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
16Credit to Govt. by dismantling and taking away the G.I barbed wire (in three rows) and concertina coil (in two rows) from existig three rows fencing fixed with angle iron post at average spacing of 3.0 m as perstandard drawing ,including dismantling tightening bolts, hooks,G.I staples, M.S spike flats & diagonal barbed wire safety without damaged to steel section or aligment of existing of existing angle iron posts, collecting all thedismantaled barbed wire concertina Coils , fittingand fixture at identified places, removing all such dismantal materials(expect M.S spike plaeand angle iron post ,if any ) from the site clearing and cleaning the site from all such dismentals marterials & small pieces ,all complete as paer direction of Engineer -in-charge .Note:- 1. The Contractor shall make themdelves acquainted withexisting pattern of three rows fencing asper the actual site.ii ) This itemis applicable for fencing actually available at site on "as is where is basis " .iii) All the dismanetaledmaterials viz. barbed wire, cincertina coils . tightening bolts, hooks, pins, nuts & bolts (expected M.S spike plate and angle iron post/struts) shall be the property of the contrcator for further disposal.
17Dismantling /taking out existing angle iron posts& struts alongwith cocrete block with machanical device (Hydra/crane)and re-errection in position the same post alongwith concerte block at required loocation in proper line and level including required excavation and refilling earthwithproper compaction etc. complete as perdirection of Enginner -in-charge.Pak side/India side row.
18Dismantling /taking out existing angle iron posts& struts alongwith cocrete block with machanical device (Hydra/crane)and re-errection in position the same post alongwith concerte block at required loocation in proper line and level including required excavation and refilling earthwithproper compaction etc. complete as perdirection of Enginner -in-charge.Middle .
19Dismantling steel work in single section including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres leadsin:
20Credit towork on A.C of dismantaled unserviceable MS angle will bethe property of the contractor i/ccarriage to market.
