| 1 | E-022/H-188 Rotable Main Engine (Make:- IVCO, Model:- V8FVAE2884AB201) of ACV H-188 is non ops. DI/DR to be undertaken and ME to be proved for satisfactory /safe operation. Scope Of Work (A) Removal and replacement of front left side broken Engine Mount. 1. Front Engine Mount to be disassembled by removing the fasteners. 2. New Engine Mount to be fitted on the position and Torque tightening to be done. (B) Removal and replacement of rear both side broken Engine Mount. 1. Rear both Engine Mount to be disassembled by removing the fasteners. 2. New Engine Mount to be fitted on the position and Torque tightening to be done. (C) Removal and replacement of rear crank case cover assembly. 1. Rear crank case sub assemblies to be dismantled. 2. New rear crank case cover assembly to be fitted on its position and torque tightening to be done. 3. Sub assemblies to be fitted back and torque tightening to be done. (D) Cleaning of Cooling system pipes and hoses. 1. All open coolant pipes and hoses to be cleaned and inspection to be carried out. (E) Post completion of engine assembly, trail to be carried out. 1. Main Engine to be shifted from maintenance stand to Testing Bed. 2. All necessary electrical connection to be done for starting the Engine. 3. 24V Battery connection to be done. 4. Diagnostic Kit to be connected with the Engine ECU. 5. Cold checks to be carried out before starting the Engine. 6. Engine to be started and all parameters in diagnostic kit to be checked. (F) Post completion of Engine Trial, Preservation and packing to be done. 1. Main Engine to be Run with the calibration fluids for preservation. 2. All open air intake pipes to be spray for the preservation. 3. All open pipes and hose to be secured for the protection from the dust. 4. Main Engine packing to be done for transporting. |
