2Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

4M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as directed.
5M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed.
6M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even andfinally apply three coats of white wash on plastered surface complete all as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of three coats of white wash.
7M&L M-35 grade, 60 mm thick PVC moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over and including 40 mm thick compacted sand cushion as per manufacturer"s instructions complete all as directed..(Note : Quoted rate is deemed tobe inclusive ofsand cushoining).
8Taking down/up the existing submersible pump set of capacity 3 to 5 HP from underground sump, well, transporting to work shop, dismantling the submersible pump set, cleaning descaling and re-assembling after repair/ replacement of spare parts including taking out pipe, cable etc. and lowering, fixing at the same/ new location complete all as directed. Note: Cost of new spare parts and rewinding shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ under .
