Top bar is made up of 50 nominal bore galvanized pipe having . Of connecting flat . Two no. of arch frame made up of 80 nominal bore pipe is given at both end for supporting top bar of the swing. Special noiseless and smooth movement to the swing.Rubber coated short link chain Of dia 6mm & 1450 mm long(electric butt welded ) , which+. can carry a weight of 50 kg used to hanging belt seat . Seat is made up of rubber with non-skid surface with nylon lining in sand witch pattern. Triangular hook are moulded in belt in such a way that it won’t project from the top surface of the belt seats. Belt seat has to be colorful with uv-stabilized pigment. All sharp edges and corner properly grinded to give smooth finish so that children are not hurt while playing. The pure polyester powder coating done on the pipes extends the life of equipments. Also the foundation is done as per ISI standard. Fastener’s bolts, nuts and washers are totally galvanized and are of reputed make as per ISI specification. As per direction of engineer –in-charge. |

| 5 | Standarad See- Saw Roto Seat :-Rotation molded seats of thickness 60mm are used in these see-saw, it has been provided with bolts to fix it too see-saw frame which has a plates of 200x150x5 welded on to the frame. Handle has been provided on the frame made up of 20 NB pipe and also conforming to EN standards.Frame :- Frame of standard see - saw is designed using 15 NB 20NB & 25 NB G.I. pipe and it has been given radius by suitable bending techniques. Plates has been welded at places were seat has to be installed so that seats can be fixed to the frame with suitable bolting arrangment. Standard see saw clamp is used in FRP see saw so as to provide required motion for the see saw.Tyre :- Tyre is used in FRP see saw to avoid breakage of the FRP cover while it is coming down with certain force while in use. Ladder should have reinforcement to maintain strength and avoid bending the top surface of the ladder should be such that is should not deserve any king of Skiddy movement Spiral Slide 7’Ht :- Spiral Slide chute is made of Fiver Reinforced plastic having shall thickness of 4 mm. The back slide of the slides is surface mat with platform effect slide is supported on 100 NB Center GI Pipe. Landing module is supported by 20 NB pipe. Railing is made up of LLDPE in Roto mould process. It is support by 20 NB GI pipe. The support pipe is powder coated to avoid rusting of the pipe Loop Rung :- This as another king of item that provides hang- in air experience to the children. The frame is fabricated out of 80 NB and 15 NB GI pipes. There are loops provided as per requirement. Roto Railing :- Railing is provided for all the decks for safety purpose It is made up low density polyethylene plastic in rotational mould process and has a support of 20 NB powder coated GI pipes. The railing is attached to the support pipe using a nylon clamp. Roller Slide :- The most attractive and enjoyable of its king the chute of this slide consists of moulded plastic rollers spreaded over the length Rollers are made up of HDPE with UV stabilized pigment of 2.5 mm thickness provide with Nylon bush and are mounted on 12 mm dia. Rod and fix in slide chute. Double Swing :- The leg support of this item is made up of 150 NB while the top bar is of 50 NB GI pipes. The GI Pipes are powder coated. The two swings are made from 10 mm thick antiskid chequered reinforced rubber of moulded seat which is suspended with rubber, coated GI chain The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon clamp. Rock Climber :- Rock climber is made up of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Rocks are moulded on same platform,it has gradient of 65 degree form the ground.
