3Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dust to a depth of 100 mm and above at desired density and C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as per specification. a)Compacted Thickness 190mm
4Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i)Grading-I Aggregate (63 mm to 45 mm) Using Stone Screening Type A (13.2 mm). A.Mechanical Means. a) Compacted Thickness 250mm
5Bituminous Macadam using Hot Mix Plant (HMP) Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant using approved crushed aggregates of specified grading as per Table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temperature with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per Clause 504 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). B. For Grading 2 (19 mm nominal size, 50 mm thick.) (iii) Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 40-60 TPH.
6Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For WBM / WMM Surface: (with primer @ 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm)
7Providing & laying Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete (SDBC) as wearing coarse by Hot Mix Plant, using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and binder of required specification and grading as per approved job mix formula, over thoroughly cleaned surface coated with tack coat, including screening, cleaning of aggregates, mixing the components as per approved Job Mix Formula with hot binder, carrying the mixture by tipper truck or any other approved suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly, maintaining the specified laying temperature, thorough rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an uniform surface to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including the cost and carriage of aggregates, filler and binder, heating the binder, preheating the aggregates, and filler to the specified temperature, including the hire charges of Hot Mix Plant and other machineries, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges complete. B. For Grading 2 (10 mm nominal size, 25-30 mm thick.) (iii) Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 40-60 TPH. For 25mm Compacted thickness
8Supplying & laying pe-cast kerb stone as per drawing enclosed using with M-25 grade ready mixed concrete and coarse and fine aggregate as per standard specification laid down in IS 456 including steel shuttering and using table vibrator and including excavation of earth if necessary and also providing foundation concrete 50mm thick (1:3:6) with jhama concrete and back filling within earth filling the joint by 10mm. thick cement mortar (4:1) over duly prepared surface as per approved drawing and direction of EIC complete, including all transportation. a) 550mm x 300mm x 150mm
9Constructing Inspection pit to a depth of 1.5 metre (inside), 250 mm thick 1st class brick work (1:4) in all sides over a layer of jhama brick soling and 150 mm thick cement concrete with stone chips (1:3:6) including necessary earth work, fitting and fixing approved type S.W. master trap, constructing masonry invert with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with stone chips, plastering inside and outside (outside upto 300 mm below G.L.) with 20 mm thick cement plastering (1:4) and neat cement punning, including supplying,fitting and fixing one 560 mm. dia R.C.C. manhole cover of approved make with R.C.C. slab of 100 mm thick with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with stone chips including necessary reinforcement (upto 1%) and shuttering and necessary corbelling brick work (1:4) so that the R.C.C. cover slab rests 150 mm above adjucent G.L., cement plaster (1:4) 10 mm thick on all external surfaces of the top slab as directed complete in all respect and removal of surplus earth with all costs of labour and materials (excluding the cost of master trap only). 10Supplying & laying Double Wall Corrugated (with external annular corrugation and smooth internal walls) High Density Polyethelene Pipes conforming to IS 16098 (Part- I):2013 having Stiffness Class of SN 8 with Ring Stiffness not less than 8.00 KN/Sqm. and ImpactResistance TIR value not more than 10% including necessary jointing materials for nonpressure underground Drainage, Sewerage & Cross drainage application. (iv) 300mm internal dia.
11Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety
12Supplying and laying in the specified patteren of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBR) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per table 1 of IS 15658 : 2006) manufactured from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No. 3.26 of IS : 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per Cl. No. 3.3 of IS : 15658) as per Table 2 of IS : 15658 with flextural strength/breaking load as per Annexture G of IS : 15658, on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP - 63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl. No. 8.7 of IRC SP - 63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding andjoint filling sand, compaction, levelling and filling up the edge gap. 60 mm thick Grey
