| 1 | Preparation and distribution of bi-monthly water bills as detailed scope of work as under:- The work of taking water meter reading every month,preparation of bill with water billing module of RIICO ERP software in prescribed format and distribution of water consumption bills.The work of updation of monthly ledgers, posting of issued bills,deposited bills (recovery/realization),preparation of monthly outstanding dues list,preparation of defective/stopped meter list and preparation of duplicate bills.The work of processing and updation of all types of all types of permission application received for works related to water billing module (WBM) like new water connection/Disconnection /Re-connection /replacement of water meter/change of name,size etcand other allied works related to WBM.Thw work of posting in new binders and ledgers for each financial year.Preparation of water dues balance sheet and reconciliation of water dues recovery with financial ledger.The scope include providing services with requiste manpower and all leviable central/state taxes,transportation etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Only new bingers,ledgers and stationery for water bill printing related to water connection for each financial year shall be provided by the corporation.The contractor is bound to submit the record as required during Audits and will also be available with meter reader during Auditing.In the said work the ID s of Meter reader , concerned Technical and Financial staff will be used and proper coordination will have to maintain by the contractor for the use of ID s. |
