11Supply and fix in position, mild steel bars TMT, 10m dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, as in reinforcement, complete all as specified and directed.
12Supply and fix in position, mild steel bars TMT, 6mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.
13Material and labour, reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Steel reinforcement bars and use and waste of form work shall be measured and paid separately.
14Material and labour, reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Steel reinforcement bars and use and waste of form work shall be measured and paid separately.
15Material and labour, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching etc including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.
16Material and labour,rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4), on concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
17Supply and fix mild steel section and embedding in concrete,posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling,boltingor riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 , complete all as specified and directed.
18Supply and fix Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending to chain link fencing and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips,quality Fe-410-W(Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.
19Supply and fixmild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other each screwed end to be fitted with washersand one hexagonal nut but length of bolt exc. 5cm and n. exc. 10cm long and bolt one side embedded in concrete posts etc complete to fix fencing wire dia of shank11to15mmcomplete all as specified and directed.
20Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing, 3.8mm diaand pitch of fencing 50mm (Weight not more than 4 Kg/Sqm) including line wire any mesh, size as directed as in fencing complete all as specified and as directed.
21Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh, size and type to any standards,rails straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. complete all as specified and as directed.
22Suppy and Fixing for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.
23Suppy and Fixing mild steel angle(75x75x6mm) Iron framed work with mild steelflate hollow rectengular section(40x25x5mm) and mild steel flate iron as inintermediate plate welded to mild steel angle iron including mild steel guide plate and 75 mm dia cast iron wheel with ball spring as insteel gate 7.4 m wide, such as grills, gratings, running rails and guides etc with end of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars , barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks, doors and similar works conforming to Fe 290. Gde -E-165 . complete all as specified and as directed.
24Material and Labour for painting new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described including preparation , priming with zinc chromateand two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Painting on steel work to be done before execution., complete all as specified and directed.
25Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces of roads/berms in cutting, with power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity or any other approved compactor where rolling by road roller is not feasible, to achieve 98% PROCTER DENSITY to required level, gradient, slope, camber and super elevation including watering as necessary and filling in hollows and depressions which may occure during the process of rolling with and including approved earth, complete all as specified and directed.
26Material & labour 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base (GSB), laid in two layers each of 75mm thick, over rolled formation surfaces as per MORTH specifications, spread with motor grader, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Each layer shall be provided in seperate operation.
27Material & labour 150mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM), laid in two layers each of 75mm thick, produced using mixing plantover prepared granular sub base with aggregates of grading as per MORTH specifications,including spreading with mechanical paver,rolling and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne vibratory/power roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Each layer shall be provided in seperate operation.
28Material and labour, Preparation of un-surfaced wet mix macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc , sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirtsand applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 5kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
29Material and labour, premixedsemi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness), using combined graded aggregate i.e. crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) & filler (inharent filler/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified and as per table given (to refer SSR Part-I of 2009), pre-heated mixed with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, laid with mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specifiedand directed. Notes:- (i)Thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete and quantities of materials as mentioned in particular specifications/SSR are the minimum. The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for provision of more materials in comparison to those mentioned/specified in the item, if required, to achieve the required level, gradient, camber and shape all as directed by the GE. (ii)Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing stone and fine aggregate and binder (bitumen) and semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver all as directed by the GE. (iii)Contractor’s quoted rates shall be deemed to include all these aspects.
30Material and labour, painting 2.5mm thick of thermoplast fluorescent paint colour white or golden yellow or any other shade conforming to BS standard 3262 with 20% glass beads (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic(commercial) machine drive in strips,lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc after preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions & according to the specifications laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry Of Surface Transport)- Specifications 2001 (4th revision), making lines, broken lines/dashes, arrows etc. on roads and other like surfaces exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 30cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.
31Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
