1S/E of Collars of CC Collars including following:- a) The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made form cement concrete 1:2:4 with outside dia. 16”. b) The collar shall be embedded in the ground up to 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have housed 10” high SMC Box and 6” top over the box. c) The collar shall be provided with 2 PVC Pipes of 40mm dia. and 45cm long to facilitate entry of cables in the Jn.Box. d)n The collar shall be plastered properly finished, curing and painted with 2 coats of snowcem of superior quality. (e) Providing and Fing Junction box of size 250x200x100mm inside dimensions of thermosetting sheet moulding compound material of robust construction with double hinge, side clamp locking arrangement, provision for MCB/Kit installatin provision alongwith connector strip of 30 amps rating suitable for minimum 4x16 sq.mm aluminium cable termination. The junction box should have two numbers PVC Glands with sufficient space for cable entry and loose wires complete in all respect to the best satisfaction of Engg.in.charge.
2Supply & Erection of DWC pipe 51/63mm with hand bockey:- Supply and laying of 51/63 mm (I/D& O/D) Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) High Density Polyethylene pipe (HDPE Density 240 to 958 KG/Cm3) having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall with average wall thickness for outer layer as 1.1+0.1mm and for inside layer 1.2+0.1mm maintenance free, ‘C’ value over 150 with lowest frictional losses, anti rodent, inflammable & good weathering resistance, conforming to IS 14930 (P-II) and PSEN-50086 (P-I & II) ofMakeDuraline/Rex/mini. The pipe should be laid3 feet below ground/road level with hand bockey without cutting of roadfor laying cables etc. including cost of digging and refilling ofpitscomplete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.DSR 14.15.1

The pipe should be laid3 feet below ground/road levelby diggingthe ground upto 3 feetor cutting the road/paver blocks upto required level & laying of DWC pipe for laying L.T. (up to 1.1 KV grade) cables etc. including cost of digging and refilling ofpits/Trenchcomplete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of work. DSR 14.16.1
4Supply & laying of ISI marked 4 core 16 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminium armoured cable loose in trench/pipe:- Supply & laying of ISI marked 4 core 16 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminum conductor armoured cable of make Havells/Finolex/Ecko/Lapp/Cirtina/Polycab/KEI conforming IS:1554 (Pt.1) amended. The cable shall be laid as per DSR Code 7.1 MV CBPIP (external). The job included all Connections, Commissioning and testing of phase Supply complete in all respective to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The specification of the cable as below:- i) Conductor – Aluminum ii)Core – 4 iii) Working Voltage – 1100 V iv) Nominal Cross Section – 16mm2v) Minimum No. of Wire – 7/6 vi) Insulation Thickness – 1.0mm (Nominal) vii) Inner Sheath Minimum Thickness – 0.3mm viii) Outer Sheath Minimum Thickness – 1.40mm ix) Nominal size of Armoured Wire/Strip – 4x0.8mm x) Approximate O.D. – 22mm Maximum d.c. Resistance at 20 Deg. C – 1.91 ohm/km The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
5G.I. Earth pipe electrode with salt/ Charcoal: Supply and laying of earth electrode made out of ISI marked "B" class G.I.pipe 4.5 Mtr. long 40 mm dia including accessories. GI pipe electrode shall be cut tapered at the bottom, and provided with holes of 12mm dia, drilled not less than 7.5 cm from each other upto 2 Mtr. of length from bottom. The earth electode shall be laid in ground after boring as perCPWD specifications complete in all respect and to the entire satisfactionof the engineer-in-charge. DSR 5.2
6P/F 6 SWG GI earth wire in pipe: Providing & laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode, as required. DSR 5.12
7Supply & Erection ofPVC Insulated (Un-sheathed) Copper Conductor Cable ISI marked size 1.5mm2. Supply & Erection of ISI Marked PVC insulated Single Core 1.5mm2 cable of Copper Conductor (Un-sheathed)of make Havells/ Finolex/ Ecko/ Lapp/ Polycab/ KEI/ Cirtina left bare in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe etc. (i) Cable size 1.5 mm2 Copper Conductor 1100 Volts Grade. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.DSR 1.17.3
8Supply & Erection of Three Phase Aluminum Bus Bar Supply & Erection of Three Phase Aluminum Bus Bar of size 300mmx25mmx4mm with L type fuse unit to be fixed on Porcelein insulators in the existing pedestal with required nuts, bolts & M.S. sheet. The fuse links should be equal to the number of out going circuits. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
9PAINTING & NUMBERING OF POLES 4.5Mtr. LONG: - Painting of poles above ground level with two coats of Al paint of Nerolec/Asian/ICI duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The pole surface should be cleaned well by removing dust/rust & other depositions & smoothened with the sand paper/Iron brush & proper filling be made before painting. For numbering of poles the base should be painted with yellow and the number should be written in black letters of 3” in length.
10S&E of Sheet metal/iron clad triple pole switch with neutral link 63 Amp.415 Volts. Supply & erection of 63 A/415 Volts ISI marked sheet metal iron clad switch of make Havels/standard/L&T on existing surface with GI Bolts & Nuts/rag bolts and nuts etc., according to the size of holes in the body of the switch including bonding to the existing earth. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
11Supply & Erection of Three Phase Sensor based Timer and Contactor assembled in 22 gauge CRCA sheet enclosure duly powder coated with the following accessories (Three Phase) of Make Amsons /L&T/Scheinder or equivalent as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. It shall conform to latest relevant IS Code:- 1.It shall have 3 contactors of capacity 40 Amp. Each of made BCH, Legrand, L&T or Siemons. The contractor should be of AC-3 duty 2 pole, 220/240 V coil Voltage. 2. It shall have Auto/Manual switch, light activated switching system with allied accessories as required.3. It shall have kit-katfuse unit of 40 Amp capacity. The fuse unit shall conform to latest relevant IS code for protection of timers, bakelite sheet & other components as per requirement as site.4. It shall be housed in a powder coated 22 gauge M.S sheet cabinet fo its protection.5.The device shall be provided/fixed in the existing pedestal box in such a way so that it operates at correct time i.e. at rising/setting of Sun.The Sensor shall be included time watch to operate as required. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.Warranty:- IT SHOULD STAND WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR TOWARDS ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
12Outdoor type M.S. Cubical Pedestal : S&E of Outdoor type ONE SIDE OPEN ABLE M.S. Cubical Pedestal of size 1200mmx 900mm x350mm fabricated from 16 G.M.S. sheet welded on M.S. angle iron frame of size 50mmx 50mm x6mm with 4 Nos. legs of angle iron of same size each of length 600mm with M.S. sheet of size 100mmx100mmx6mm thick at the bottom of the legs. The front side of the pedestal should be openable with hiunged door provided with Godrej type locking arrangements. A "U" type support made from M.S. sheet of 16 G having width 75mmx6mm be welded vertically in the inner side of the door to avoid entry of water. The door of the pedestal should be provided with rubber gasket to avoid entry ofother insects etc. The top of the pedestal shall be covered with canopy made out of 16 G M.S. sheet projected outside to avoid entry of water. M.S. sheet of 16 G thickness and 1200mm x 150mm size be fixed at the front to cover the entry of cables. Four No. supporting members each of size 50mmx6mm thick according to cubical size shall be welded for mounting switcher geari.e. ICTPN,BBC, Timer andenergy meter etc. The Pedestal shall be painted with twocoats of P.O. redpaint after applying onecoat of red oxide. The legs of the pedestal shall be embedded in the 1:2:4 R C.C. mixture by digging 1½" deep as required. The letter "M.C.C." in 4" size shall be written on the front door of the Pedestal. The job also includes Supply & erection one No. wooden plank/ board of size 1"-6" x 1"-6" and 25mm thick suitable for fixing energy meter including cost of screws, nuts & bolts in cubical pedestal complete in all respects. The pedestal will be housed onRCC Foundation platform of size 900 mm deep (450 mm undueground and 450 mm above ground x 910 mm long x 360 mm wide including sufficient number of entries for cable with DWC pipeThe work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
13Supply/Erection/Testing & Commissioning of 40 Watt LED Post Top Lantern of 4000K made up of Die cast Aluminium base & spun Aluminium top fitted with LED PT Module. The power LED"s are mounted directly on inbuilt extruded Aluminium Heat Sinks. It should have UV stabilized injection molded P.C. Opal/Frosted Diffuser which is provided for Glare free Lighting with high Visual comfort. The fitting should be suitable for mounting on pole having dia 60-75 mm, system efficacy more than or equal to 100 lumen/ watt, THD < 10 % I/P Voltage 150-270 V, System Driver efficiency more than 80 %, power factor = 0.9, IP 65 protection and of make Surya /Wipro / Twinkle /Legero/ Bajaj/ Philips/ Havells/ Panasonic only. The job should be carried out upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Warranty: The fixture should be comprehensively warranted to be repaired or replaced for any defect within 5 years of installations.
14Supply and Erection of 2.5” dia. G.I. Pipe pole 4.5 Mtrs long. Supply & Erection of 2.5” dia G.I. pipe pole having length 4.5 long, B class (medium) ISI marked. The pole shall be erected 3’ below ground level in 8” dia. RCC muff ready made. The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete in ratio of 1:2:4 and making required no. of holes in the pole including carriage of pole to the site of work including all labour and material required to complete the job including suitable size of nipple welded with the pipe. Make TATA / Jindal / Hissar. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
