Tank Level Instruments (Servo Type) Dc/B378-000-Yl-Mr-1250/123 Tank Level Instruments (Servo Type) , Bidder Shall Furnish A Separate Quote For 2 Years Operation And Maintenance Spares For Each Group Separately As Per Bidder’S Recommendation And As Per 1.2.6 Of Standard Specification For Tank Level Instruments (6-52-0014) As A Minimum In Format A-2. Bidder Shall Furnish List For The Same Along With The Offer.Cost Of These Two Years Spares Shall Not Be Added To The Total Cost For Evaluation Purposes. Ordering Of These Spares May Be Done By The Purchaser Separately On A Later Date And Not Along With Main Equipment. , Per Manday Charges Quoted By The Bidder Against Vendors Visit At Site During Installation And Commissioning Shall Be In Accordance With The Terms & Conditions For Supervision Of Erection & Commissioning Enclosed With The Rfq Document. , The Vendor Shall Provide His Services For Vendors Visit At Site During Installation And Commissioning, The Visit Charges Of Total 4 Man-Days Shall Be Considered For The Purpose Of Commercial Comparison. The Vendor Shall Indicate The Cost Of Providing The Above Services On Per Diem Basis. Per-Diem Rates, As Quoted By The Vendor, Shall Be The Basis Of Payment, However The Actual Payment For Supervision Services Shall Be Based On Actual Man-Days Consumed At Site. Overtime Rate Per Hour For Vendors Visit At Site During Installation And Commissioning Shall Be Quoted By Bidder In Format A-3. , The Quoted Prices Shall Be Inclusive Of All Inspection And Testing Requirements As Specified In The Enclosed Mr. , Bidder Shall Furnish The Break-Up Of Built-In Cif Value Against Each Quoted Item, Giving Details Of Description Of Goods, Qty. Rate Of Custom Duty Etc. In Attached Cif Format-A1 , In Case Of Discrepancies In The Item Description/Quantity In This Price Schedule Then Description/Quantity Etc As Per Mr Shall Prevail. , As Stated Elsewhere In Tender, Bidder Is Required To Quote All Components Of Price Schedule. In Case, It Is Found That Some Of Components Of Price Schedule Viz. Freight, Ocean/Air Freight Charges, Incidental Services Component Like Supervision Of Erection And Commissioning Etc. Are Left Blank Or Quoted “Nil / Zero” In Price Bid, The Same Shall Be Considered Inclusive In Total Quoted Price For Evaluation And Ordering.
