2Removal of the damaged weathering course over the roof of the temple, main shrine and above the front Mandapa after proper scaffolding support to stone roof at bottom of main shrines of Padma Brahma temple including cost of labour, removal scaffolding charges, disposal of waste to the outside of the monument by head loads, and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete. 3Laying of brick jelly concrete with 20mm well graded brick aggregates made out of well burnt first class country bricks and unslaked lime of ‘A’ grade quality in the 50% lime concrete 1:2 proportion (1 lime :2 sand) using Wooden beaters of 1 to 2 kg by palming the mixing of soaked and boiled gallnut and jaggery and beaten the surfaces till the surface readily rebounds and does not make any impression on the surface including cost of material, labour, loading, transportation, unloading, mixing charges, and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the instructions and directions of the ASI Department Officials / Site-Incharge. 4Laying two courses of handmade flat tiles set in lime mortar 1:2 over the brick jelly concrete and 20mm thick, plastering on the top surface of the flat tiles by using lime mortar 1:2 for smooth finishing and to drain rain water quickly including cost of material, labour, loading, transportation, unloading, mixing charges, and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the instructions and directions of the ASI Department Officials / Site-Incharge. (Quantity may vary as per the site condition)
5Restoring, the eroded stucco figures surface and parapet wall plastering by using lime mortar 1:2 after removal of dead and peeled off lime plaster including cost of material, labour, loading, transportation, unloading, mixing charges, and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the instructions and directions of the ASI Department Officials / Site-Incharge. (Quantity may vary as per the site condition)
6Removing of accumulated earth/boulders/debris around the temple complex to expose the temple original plinth base level including manual disposal of waste from work spot to main gate and from there to away from city (20km) using tractors including cost of labour, loading, transportation, unloading, and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the instructions and directions of the ASI Department Officials / Site-Incharge. (Quantity may vary as per the site condition)
7Laying of PCC in 1:4:8 bed as foundation for providing the granite stone apron/flooring around the structure including cost of material and labour charges and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the instructions and directions of the ASI Department Officials / Site-Incharge. (Quantity may vary as per the site condition)
8Laying of stone apron with dressed granite stone slabs/matching stone slabs mating with texture of monument of 75mm to 100mm thick and sizes 0.60m to 1.20m x 0.30m to 0.60mts and pointing to the stone joints with lime mortar, laid to required slopes for easy draining of rain and flood waters to avoid water loggingaround the monument including cost of material, labour, seignorage charges, GST, loading unloading, conveyance, cuttingetc. all complete item of work as per the instructions and directions of the ASI Department Officials / Site-Incharge.
