Note:-(a) Contractor/supervisor take complaint by any medium of comunication from JE concernedall day and ensure to resolve all complain. with in same day (b) Contractor shall make himself aquainted with the area & the complain received daily in general.No claim however shall be entertained in regard to any incorrect assesment or increase in complains due to unforescen reason. (c) All complains need to be cleared with in same day only. (d) No payment shall be made for Sundays & holidays. However department shall not give major work on these days and only major work requiringfull day job of one mazdoor is required than department shall allow leave on another day in compensation. No extra claim,however,shall be entertained in this regard. |
