3Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :
41:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
51:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
6Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 50 in foundation and plinth in:
7a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
8Alteringthe existing steel grill main gate by gas cutting without distrbing its position to enable it freely openincluding all chrges complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge.
9Repairs to RCC slab/beam/column by Chipping the damaged portions to a required depth and removing the rust of the existing corroded reinforcement steel using Dr. FIXIT or equivalent rust remover and apply a polymer coat mixed with cement (ie using Dr FIXIT URP or equivalent) in the proportion 1:2(1Ltr Dr FIXIT URP:2 kg of cement) as a bounding as well frotective coating then apply a 20mm thick layer of conctrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5coarse sand:3 metal chips of 6mm size) mixed with Dr. FIXIT URP at the rate of 300ml per bag and finally plastering the surface with CM 1:3 to a thickness of 6mm mixed with Dr. FIXIT URP at the rate of 300ml per bag etc all per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
10Providing pressure injection grouting with necessary mechanical pumps and equipments having a pressure intensity not less than 140 PSI (10kg/sqcm) for treating porous RCC columns, beams, slabs and other members to make it air tight with non shrink free flow cementious grout of approved quality admixed with cement slurry (1part of water: 1part of cement and non-shrinkcompound both vertical and horizontal directions are at locations as determined by Engineer-in-charge, injecting the cement slurry and sealing the grout holes after thegroutingcompleted as per the following procedures.i) The locations of holes shall be determined and the surface around the holes shall be cleared off loose dirt, grit etc., the hole of 20mm diameter upto 100mm depth is to be in the RCC surface to insert a 20mm PVC pipe (15kg/sqcm).ii) Pipes of 20mm dia upto 100mm length shall be inserted in the specified locations and packed with cement and quick setting hardening compound mix for getting the pipe to with stand the applied pressure, all the honey combs in concrete also to be filled with cement and quick setting compound to aviod over flow of applied cement grout slurry during the injection process. iii) Cement grout slurry shall be applied gradually (in proportion 1kg "flow add"or equivalent: 25kg cement) at pressure of 5kg to 10kg per sqcm till the rejection of cement slurry, after the rejection, the opening shall be sealed with the cement and quick setting compound mix immediately to avoid wastage of slurry. iv) After the setting of applied grout the projected PVC pipes pieces shall be cut and the holes shall be finished to the line of exiting surface, all above process shallbe executed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
11Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead :
12a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
13Clearing the toilet wall and floorng tiles including all sanitary fixtures like water closets wash basins and urinals using acids and cleaning powder to remove the stains all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
14a) floor Ara of toilet upto 6m
15Repairsof wooden doors and windows in all floors/levels of all sizes including removal of shutter, straightening/cutting the shutter in vertical and horizontal styles and rails at required places, inserting wedges made up of hard wood applying fevicol around the surface to be inserted and easening of shutters wherever required and refixing the shutters in proper position after making good the easened portion with synthetic enamel paint to match with existing shade etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

31Dismantling aluminium partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus materials and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
32Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
33For door/ window/ clerestory window
34Providing and fixing factory made panelledUPVC window shutter with frames including cutting ,jointing and fixing in position with necessary hinges screws handles sliding door bolt tower bolt as per manufacturers specification etc all complete as per the direction of E-I-C
35Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
36Refixing the ANG partition including alterations in sections, fixing with required rawl plugs and screws or with the fixing clips, expansion hold fasteners including filling up at junctions, all sides, etcas directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(The materials like aluminium sections, glass, particle board and rubber gasket will be supplied departmentally)
37Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

45Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm ( + 0.05 %), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gm per sqm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
46Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:
47a) One or more coats on old work
48Cleaning the roof surface by removingrubbish, leaves, paper, and other left out materials etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
