The job further includes extraction of old damaged bearings by way of cutting including extraction of same by puller, Fabrication including Providing and fitting of new bearings (DE & NDE) as per sample after rebuilding of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing sizes making new keyway for coupling. Complete greasing of bearings, providing and fitting of new cooling fan. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges. Rebate on old parts/components to be provided by executing agency b)Repairs to 63KVA Electric transformer by Providing/fitting of single core 25 Sq mm Al cable of length 10m in place of damagedAl conductor linking the Link set andtransformer HT input, includingp/f of link set in place of damaged link set. The job also includes P/f of new3 no. HT and 4 no.
