Job Includes Providing And Fitting Of New Aluminum Cable 400Mm2 Single Core Armoured At Pumping Station Sounthian Stage-1St By Way Of Disconnecting Incoming 11 Kv Power And Electrical Connections And P / F The New Cable From Three Phase Lt Bush Of Transformer Upto Lt Pole In Three Leads Approximately 30 Meter In Length Conforming To Isi Standard With Proper Thimbling And Insulation Material By Using Tools And Tackles. Job Covers Design, Fabrication, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of 140 Ampere Star Deltaauto Starter Cum Protection Panel Cum Fault Analyzer At Pumping Station Rathian By Way Of Fabrication Of Auto Starter With Main And Delta Power Contactor Mnx 140-2Nos. And Mnx 110 Ampere-1Nos Star Contactor Of Reputed Make. The System Should Be Provided With Solid State Fault Analyzer Or Reputed Make. The Complete System Should Be Enclosed In Ms Steel Enclosure Box Of Suitable Dimensions. The Enclosure Should Be Finished With Powder Coated Painting From Inside As Well As From Outer Surface Of Approved Colour. Providing / Laying Of Copper Conductors Of Proper Rating Alongwith Insulation Material As Per Site Requirement. The Enclosure Should Be Front Shutter Mounted With Key Locking System Having Glass Window, Digital Electronic Voltmeter, Ampere Meter Are To Be Provided Along With The Required Current Transformer And Selector Switches. The Internal Wiring Should Be Done With Flexible Pvc Lt Cable With Proper Thimbling At Each End. The System Should Trip The Motor On Power Failure And On Appearance Of Any Electrical Fault Mentioned Below Which May Otherwise Damage The Motor Field Coilsthus Providing Protection To The Motor :- Low Voltage ( Below 350V ) , High Voltage ( Above 450V ) , Single Phasing, Reverse Phasing, Un-Balanced Phasing, Over Load Protection And Under Load Protection. In Addition The System Shall Have: Separate Led Fault Indictors, Led Phase Indicators, An Isolation / By Pass System, An Audio Or Visual Warning System Which Activates On Starter Failure Only. The System / Star Delta Auto Starter Should Not Fall Into Delta If It Does Not Fall Into Star Mode First And Should Remain De-Energised To Avoid Damage To The Motor / Machinery And Also To The Power Source / Transformer. The System / Star Delta Auto Starter Should Trip Off If It Does Not Fall Into Delta & Remains In Star Mode For More Than 7-10 Seconds.
