Extraction of burnt winding from the stator, cleaningof stator .P/f of new winding wire of superior quality and varnish it with superior quality of varnish . Drying the stator winding with hot air process. Assembling of the motor, refitting back to its position, making electrical connections, alignment with pump, testing the motor on no load and full load . job further includes Servicing ofhorizontal casing pump by way of , P/F of new gland packing 10mm dia with nut bolts, rubber sheet cleaning the gland bushes and gland plate ,applying sufficient amount of grease to bearings to avoid excessive wear and tear andits refitting back to its position at site. Job includes hire charges of tools & tackles, to and fro, labour charges for skilled/semiskilled labour, cost of material used for execution of job at site LIS and testing of Pumping unit at full load. .Complete Job (b) Servicingto 25KVA voltage stabilizer installed at LIS Bindala mang. The job involves opening of top cover of the voltage stabilizer by unscrewing nuts/ bolts and then lifting of top cover with the help of chain pulley blockand manual labour , checking of internal assembly of the voltage stabilizer including level of oil in it .Then topping upwith necessary required T.oil about 70 ltrs then fitting the top cover back to its positionby way of P/fitting of new gasket , nuts/bolts , one new MCCB in place of damaged one , using chain pulley block about manual labour. Complete job includes cost on account of material, skilled and semi-skilled labour required for the job at LIS Bindala Mang. Complete Job (c) Repairs to 20 HP oil immersed starter of pumping unit no II at LIS Bindala Mang by way of extracting the damaged copper contact pointsboth moving and fixed,thimbles, no volt coil, tripping system and replacing the same with new ones . Providing/filling of 10 litres transformer oil for topping ofstarter. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing charges atsite.Complete Job (d) Repairs to LT control panelby way ofdisconnecting the incoming and outgoing cables of panel at LIS Bindala mangby way of cleaning washing LT panel with recommended chemicals. P/f of New 100Amp main incomer MCCB by way of replacing the damaged MCCB and cleaning the terminals with suitable chemicals to make it carbon free. The complete job includes cost of material and labour charges. Complete Job (e) Repair to 250mm dia. M.S rising main at LIS Dheri Dhara. The job involves excavation ofsurrounding area for smooth working condition arounddamaged portion of rising main. Digging of three no.s pits around the rising main to make proper working space by engaging manual labour and other tools and tackles required for the job.Repairs to leaked joints spotted on the Rising main by way ofcutting of existing joints and making of new leak free joints after cutting of paths inside the pipe circumferentialwelding area of the pipe for making a leaking free three no.joints. Refilling of the pits. Complete job includes cost of materials, hire charges of welding set and labour charges, head load, manual handling, transportation charges etc at the site.
