3Supply of geo textile bag of type-A (size 1.03 x 0.70 m), inner dimention made of geo-textile non woven fabrick sheets of 400 GSM manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene (PP) fibre having thickness not less than 3.00 mm with minimum properties as (i) Tensile strength (CD) = 24Kn/m (ii) Tensile strength (MD )= 22Kn/m (iii) Mass = 400.00 Gm/m2 (iv) CBR Puncture strength = 4100 N/m2 (v) Elongation @ break (wrap) = 54% (vi) Elongation @ break (weft) = 52% (vii) Abresion = 70% (viii) UV resistance @500 hours =70% (ix) AOS =75 micron (x) Permiability =1.25 (xi) Trapezoidal tear strength =520 N (xii) Permiability = 45Lt/m2/sec (xiii)Seam strength = 80% of geo textiles strength. Stitching of bag should be Ring spun Yarnstitched with 2500-3000 denier double line chain stitch with overlap with stitches along the sdge @ minimum 15 stitches per 100 mm.
4Supply of Geo-textile bags of Type-B (Size 2.00m x 1.50m), inner dimension made of composite layers of geo-textile as per specifications below :Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover. The woven geo textile is woven with UV resistant slit film tape fibre with MAVR values of the following properties. Geo-textile used to manufacture geo-textile bags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture, abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. Geo-textile should be inert to biological degradation and resistant to naturallyncountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids.
5Construction andSupply of W.N Box of size 1.50m x1.50m x0.45m made of mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shape wire mesh with made of low carbon high ductile MS wire with heavy class of galvanization with an additional layer of PVC coating with mesh type of 10x12 as per EN10223 & ASTM A 975, mesh wire of 2.70mm(ID)/3.70mm OD tensile strength of 450- 500 mm2 edge wire/ selvedge around it at least 2.50 times, lacing wire (Zinc PVC coated) of 2.20 mm (ID)/3.20mm (OD) PVC coating thickness of 0.50 mm nominal,0.38 mm minimum and with average weight per unit being 10 kg with additional 3% of weight of boxfor lacing wie upplied separetely supporting the facing of the box with zinc coated steel wire of required length as directed comping with A.S.T.M and Europian norms including payment all duties, sales tax any other taxes as applicable loading,unloading and stacking them at the site of work in measurable stacks, complete as directed.

21Supplying and launching of bamboo cribs fabricated out in pyramid shape out of matured Bholuka bamboo 75mm to 100mm dia complete with all the branches and foliages with apex point at 7.00m from the bottom. At 0.60 m above the base of 1st row of horizontal stiffeners of size 4.00m x 3.00m are to be provided along with to Nos. of cross struts. A second set of horizontal stiffeners along with cross stiffeners similar to the 1st set are provided at height of 4.00m from the bottom. One set of cross bracing are to be provided in each face in between the 1st and 2nd horizontal stiffeners. All the stiffeners and inclined members are to be projected 0.30m beyond the longitudinal members. All the points are to be pinned with 22 Cm long patent nails and protruding end is to be bent properly to have a firm grip and the apex point is also to be clustered with 8 G. wire. All the members are to be punched with chisel or auger. The cribs are to be weighted with 25 Nos. of earth filled polythene empty cement bags in all corners and middle of 1st and 2nd row of horizontal stiffeners of the cribs, tied firmly with 8 G galvanised wire complete as directed.
