The work includes survey of Head Work and Submergence with Fixing of Chainage cum Boundary Stone, geologicalinvestigations, preparation and submission & complete approvalof LA cases from competent authority for land acquisition of dam seat and submergence area,construction of permanent all weather road, Concrete Overflow block, withminimum spillway flood capacity of 11050.79 cumecs Cumecs (PMF) and Energy Dissipation arrangement, Non-overflow blocks earthen dam including river training and construction of coffer dam, provision of environmental sluice and vertical gates with hoisting arrangements, automatic lifting beam, automatic operated Monorail hoist, Stop log arrangements, Deck slab bridge and foot bridge etc and hoist supporting structures with primer anti corrosive and painting necessary as per is code for all component of steel structure involved in construction, including removal of defect for 60 months in defect liability period, model study of the project Construction, Planning & Design of control room ,staff room and chaukidar quarter Building with supply of generator and procurement, supply and erection of DG set with required capacity for operation of all gates with one standby generator and maintenance of all components for five yearsafter completion of the project, including foundation stone laying ceremony and inauguration ceremony and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge as per details given in scope of work. The work also includes Management, Operation and Maintenance (MOM) for the period of 60 months after completion which includes 60 months of defect liability period will run simultaneously.
