1Periodicalmaintenance of cable ducts / galleries on the jetties /wharfs with required tools and plantsandcleaning of debris,any other waste/garbage etc., including water accumulated in the ducts/galleries of jetties & wharfsby employing 04 Nos. of Mazdoors for 8 hours/day on daily basis as directed by Engineer-In-Charge as per following :- a) Opening of Mild steelgallery covers of any description, size shape and placing safety cones etc., around the duct / gallery opening on jetty /wharf. b) Entering into the gallery through opening to a depth of appx 2.7 m to 3m below the jetty /wharfand collection of silt / mud / debris and other foreign materials in the gallery to the nearest manhole of gallery for lifting the same to a height of 2.7 to 3.0m by suitable means to the jettey/wharf surfaces for further disposal. c) Re-positioning of MS duct covers as required. d) Loading of garbage so collected from galleries in to transport vechicle of suitable capacity. Note: Transport vehicle for disposal out side of ND(V) shall be measured and paid separately.
2Disposal ofcollected garbage from the galleries out side Naval Dock Yard on day to day basis complete all as specified and as directed.
3Material & labour for cleaningof oil spilled flooring surfaces of jetties with soap water and fresh water jet, pressurizedapplication to get clean surfaces prior to the application of traffic guard renewal coat on the flooring of jetties complete all as specified and as directed.
4Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of bedries outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.
5M&L forPre cast cement concrete type1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4complete all as specifiedand as directed.
6M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 onfair faces of brick work or concete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
7Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.
8M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 300 x 300 x 7mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and incl cement screedbed 15mm thick in CM (1:6)complete all as specified and as directed.
9M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (450 x 300 x 7-8mm) thick as in skirting/dado/vertical surfaces , including rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4 ) etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry provided in colured cement to match the colouredtiles complete all as specified and as directed.
10M&L chequered cement concrete tiles with grey and any pigments 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and incl cement screed 15mm thick in CM (1:6)complete all as specified and as directed.
11Material & labour for Application ofRenewal coatof two componentwearing coat, Traffic guard Wearing coarse of Fosroc make, mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surfaceby using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours complete all as specified and as directed.
12Material & labour for two coat of white wash to ceilings and walls of gallaries of jetties including surface preparation. Work in compact area, entry and exit through man holes, below ground levelcomplete all as specified and as directed.
13Material and labour for complete removal of existing finishes from the steel surfaces and bollard base & head and applying two coats of coal tar epoxy paint over acoat of epilux zinc chromate yellow primer complete all as specified and directed.
14Material & labour painting of new steel surfaces of any descriptionover 10cm width or girth with two coats of coal tar epoxy paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed.
15Material & labour apply of shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar Renderoc SP 40, including chipping & removal of existing damaged, cracked, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members complete all as specified and as directed.
16Material & labour for twocoat of weather proof acrylic emulsionto ceilings and walls of old surface of gallaries, pumphouse walls including surface preparation. Work in compact area, entry and exit through man holes, below ground levelcomplete all as specified and as directed.
17Material & labour for periodical maintenance of existing (old) stainless steel of post & railing of any size/any description of hand rails/ladders etc with emery paper, tack powder, soft clothsetc, for cleaning the stain marks/scaling on the exposed surfaces of SS pipes and buffing with hand machine etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
18Dismantling structural steel work of any description including doors, railing, gates, trusses complete all as specified and as directed.
19Supply and fix structural steel framed work in angles channels, or tees etc., welded or riveted or similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 of gate , doors, nosing angle and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.
20Supply and fix for rolled mild steel plates (Plain or chequered) conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 welded to supporting structure of galleries, ducts , cope points etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

23M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing completeall as specified and as directed.
24M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishingcomplete all as specified and as directed.
25M&L for chipping & removal of existing damaged, cracked , spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC memberscompletely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete (20mm to 40mm) is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is jetted with clean water for removal of dust and loose particles and completeall as specified and as directed.
26M&L for preparation of exposed surfaces of rusted steel reinforcementof dia 10mmand above with metal wire brush, cleaning the rustedsurfaces free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcemnet @ 2.0-2.5Ltr /Sqm surface of steel reinforcement, (Fosroc-Reebaklens RR) to thesurface of existing reinforcement) and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper and throughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it todry (Length of reinforcement steel bar shall be measured for payment) completeall as specified and as directed.
27Supplyonlywelded steel wire fabric as required weight exc 2 kg/sqm but not exc 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
28M&L for providing Shear connectors and Anchoring, Drilling 12mm dia holes up to depth of 100mm and fix 10mm diaTMT bars "L" shaped anchor rods as shear connectors in defective concrete area ofthe slab, column, beams, chajjas, lintel etc.,or any other structural member as the case may be clean the same using water and make sure that there is no fine particle present in the hole. Mix the base and hardener of the polyester resin Fosroc Lokfix with the spatula thoroughly. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.
29M&L for application of bonding coat on the prepared old concretesurfaces of the RCC Memebers of the buildings with two component epoxy based bonding agent Nitobond AR standard of Fosroc make for the surfaces of the concrete to be rehabilated by Rendroc SP 40 (upto 30mm thick), Rendroc S2 (upto 20mm thick ) of repair old demolished concrete member complete all as specified and as directed.
30M&L for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm to 40mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc make having a compressive strength of M40 grade. Rendroc S2 is supplied in two components and packing size of 25 Kg bag ready to use at site directly by mixing with water at 3.5 Ltr per bag. complete all as specified and as directed.
31Material & labour for Preparation of existing concrete dock wall surface of dry/ oil/ dampby means of mechanical grindingto achieve a rough, coherent substrate having an excellent anchor profile removing all the loose material, rust, dirt etc., clean and dry the surface by using vacuumingequipment, water jet and compressed air. If required surface shall be lightly grit blasting or detergent washed to get PH value neutrality and Removing the accumulated/deposited sea growth at jetty facia wall/ columns/pillars of jetties/berthsabove sea level and upto the level of 45 cm below the low tide by scrapping either manually or mechanical means and collecting the same on jetty/berth floor and depositing the same out side of jetty area complete all as specified and as directed.
32Material & labour forproviding two coats of carbonation resistant film chemical "Deck gaurdS" of M/s FOSROC not less than 150 micron(dry film) per coat over treated area/plaster complete including a coat of "Deck gaurd S primer" of 150 microns complete all as specified and as directed.
33Removing and cleaning of existing peeled off portions of RCC walls/columns/ceilings of galleries, Dock walls/sea side facia walls, cope point chambers etc., including chipping, wire brushing and making good the corroded/rusted reinforcement with new reinforcementfor binding reinforcement as required to existing reinforcement by welding/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia and gunniting the area with minimum pressure of 5 Kg./cm2to an average thickness of40 mm in CM (1:2) and finish the surfaces fair and evencomplete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only reinforcement and welded wire fabric will be measured and paid separately.
34M&Lfor preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat coal tar epoxy paint complete all as specified and as directed.
35NOTE: The unit rate quoted for all the above items includes working in a confined area/required scaffolding arrangements and necessary safety gears.
