2Earth work in founation for digging of tubewell in all kinds of soils including dewatering, shoring, struting from GL upto 3 mtrs including disposing excavated soil in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
3Drilling of bore as per specifaction laid down in IS2800-1991 (part-I) with upto-date amnedments,if any,with Direct Rotary Rig or combination drilling rig,Precussion Rig starting with 650-600 mm dia M.S pipe reduced to 450-400 mm dia M.S pipe conforming to IS 4270-2001 with up-to-date amendements,if any, in all kind of soils, boulders, rocks, collapsible strata,sturated soils,artesian conditions including the cost of all consumable,stores,water,fuel,lubricantsand including cost on account of logging of drilled bore hole, if any other accessories etc. complete in all respect as per the directions of the Engineer -in -Charge.
4i) Drilling and lowering of M.S. Casing pipeconforming to IS 4270-2001 with up-to-date amendments,if any, of suitable sizes as mentioned above,from 3-30 mtrs below ground level within all leads and lifts.
5ii) Drilling and lowering of M.S. Casing pipeconforming to IS 4270-2001 with up-to-date amendments,if any, of suitable sizes as mentioned above,from 30-60 mtrs below ground level within all leads and lifts.
6iii) Drilling and lowering of M.S. Casing pipeconforming to IS 4270-2001 with up-to-date amendments,if any, of suitable sizes as mentioned above,from 60-90 mtrs below ground level within all leads and lifts.
7iv) Drilling and lowering of M.S. Casing pipeconforming to IS 4270-2001 with up-to-date amendments,if any, of suitable sizes as mentioned above,from 90-140 mtrs below ground level within all leads and lifts.
8v) Drilling and lowering of M.S. Casing pipeconforming to IS 4270-2001 with up-to-date amendments,if any, of suitable sizes as mentioned above,from 140-190 mtrs below ground level within all leads and lifts.
9vi) Drilling and lowering of M.S. Casing pipeconforming to IS 4270-2001 with up-to-date amendments,if any, of suitable sizes as mentioned above,from 190-240 mtrs below ground level within all leads and lifts.
10Collection ,preservaion and display of suitable size sample box with top lid and locking arrangement till handing over of the tube well to the department complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer -in-Charge.
11a) Supplying & Lowering of IS marked Electric Resistance Welded M.S.pipe 300 mm dia nominal size housing, 8 mm thick having out side dia mtrs.323.9 mm bevelled edge conforming to I.S 4270-2001 with up-todateamendments, if any ,about 4 mtrs to 7 mtrs in length, welded without any circumferential joints,into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks,poles,clamps embedded in foundation etc. including cost of all cutting,threading and welding of pipes etc. within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer -in-Charge.
12b) Supply and lowering at site Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) Stainless Steel Cage type "V" wire wound screens of size 300 mm ,8 mm thick with slot opening1.0 mm, as per IS 8110-2000 with upto date amendments, if any, and material specification as per AISI "American Iron and Steel Inst" Type Grade SS-304 in suitable lenghts as per site conditions, including the cost of SS socket 8 mm thicknessof length 140 mm, confirming to AISI grade 304, suitable to accomodate screen and ring including jointing screen with blind pipes complete in all respects all scaffolding derricks,poles, clamps, embedding in foundation etc. including cost of all cutting, threading and welding of pipes etc. within all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer - in - Charge.Screen will be of continuous trapezoidal wire spirally wound around fabricated cage.The wrapping wire having"V" shaped (Wedge) profile wire with flat surface on the outside and producing expanding slots on the inside of various dimensions, resistance welded to a cylindrical body made of number of longitudinal special high tensile support rods to provides smooth unrestricted bore which are in turn welded into cylindrical ring couplings on both sides of screens with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Chrage.
13Providing & Lowering of IS marked Electric Resistance WeldedM.S.slotted pipe300 mm dia nominal size housing, 8 mm thick having out side dia mtrs.323.9 mm bevelled edges, conforming to I.S. 4270-2001 approx. 1020 slots per meter , slot size 1.57x75mm welded with up-todateamendments, if any ,about 4 mtrs to 7 mtrs in length, welded without any circumferential joints,into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks,poles,clamps embedded in foundation etc. including cost of all cutting,threading and welding of pipes etc. within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer -in-Charge.
14Providing and fixing M.S taper/reducer as per lengths approved by Engineer -in-Charge, the material of M.S taper/reducer shall be equivalent to parent pipe material and shall conform to chemical composition as per clasue 5.2 and mechanical properties as per clasue 6.1and table 1 of IS4270-2001 with upto date amendments,if any, complete in all respect as per directions of the Engineer -in -Charge.
15a) Supplying & Lowering of IS marked Electric Resistance Welded M.S.pipe 200 mm dia nominal size housing, 6.4 mm thick having out side dia mtrs.219.10 mm bevelled edge conforming to I.S 4270-2001 with up-todateamendments, if any ,about 4 mtrs to 7 mtrs in length, welded without any circumferential joints,into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks,poles,clamps embedded in foundation etc. including cost of all cutting,threading and welding of pipes etc. within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer -in-Charge.

18Providing and fixing M.S cetralized guides at suitable spacing for each tube well as per IS 226-1991 with upto-date amendments,if any, within all leads and lifts completed in all respects in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer -in-Charge.
19Supplying ,lowering and fixing in position IS marked mild steel bail plug of 200 mm/300 mm diameters with "U" hooks as per IS 2800-1991 with up to date amendements ,if any, within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.
20Providing and fixing in position threaded iron cap with locking arrangements of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore hole,asrequired, within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.
21Supplying and packing of gravel, consisting of hard quartz or other suitable material with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5,not containing more than 2% by weight of thin flat of elangated pieces, shall be of sub rounded to rounded grains with minimum angular features of size 2-3.35 mm , shall be free from impurities such as shafe,shale,mica,felspar,clay,sand,dirt loam,baematte and organic material as pe IS 4097-1967 with upto date amendments, if any, around intake of tubewell with minimum thickness ofshroud around screen generally 100 mm to the entire depth of the bore as per 2800(Part-I ) 1991 with upto date amendments, if any, with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.
22Extraction of all sizes blind / casing pipe with machine starting from bottom of the bore hole within all leads and lifts complete in all respects per directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.

25Development of tubewell by back washing method,with air compressor of minimum 750 CFM capacity, pumping pipe of 200 mm size and air line ofminimum 65 mm size or with other suitable method,till the well is thoroughly developed as per clause 4.2 of IS 11189 -1985, with upto date ammentments,if any, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engnieer -in- Charge.

28Development of tubewell by continous over pumping method,with VT pump/ submersible pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge established by the compressor method/ design discharge, untill the well is sand free as per IS-11189-1985 up -to- date amendments, if any, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer -in- Charge .The draw down and discharge to be established by running the VT/ Submersible pump continuosuly for 8 hours in the presence of officer not less than the rank of Assistant Engineer.

31Testing the verticality of the tubewell as per clause 4.3 of IS 2800 (Part-II) 1979 with upto date amendments, if any, using plumb or plunger 6 mm smallerin dia within the inside diameter of the well casing.The results of the verticality test shall be recorded on proforma shown in Appendix A of IS 2800 (Part-II)1979 with up-to-date amendments, if any, as appended with the tender documents and handed over complete in all respect as the directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.
32Dismentalling of Rig or other allied accesssories after completion of job within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.
33Handing over of the tubewell in complete shape as per appendex "B" of clause 7 of IS 2800 (Part-II) -1979 with upto date amendmentes if any, as appended with the tender documents, in laminated form , in triplicate, complete in all respect as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
