Bids Are invited for JOB WORK REQUIRED FOR REPAIR OF VOLTAGE CONTROL REGULATOR 300KVA AF STN KANHERI HILLS OF AGE E/M THANE UNDER GE (AF) THANE - (i) Dismantling the incoming and outgoing connections of voltage stabilizer 300KVA from its position loading, transportation to the workshop for repair and return, opening the cover and coils assembly for rewinding. Each Job-01(ii) Removal of burnt coil winding and replacement of the same with new copper wire coil including necessary insulation material like impregnated paper or super enameled etc complete.KGs-34.00.(iii) Material and Labour for auto transformer brushes complete set, washers including necessary rubber O seals and gaskets for the transformers and replacement of UNSV parts. Each Job-01 No.(iv) Replacement of control transformer. Each -02 Nos.(v) Repairing of control circuit and replacement of UNSV parts. Each 01 No.(vi) Digital voltmeter. Each-01.(ii) Removal of unsv intelligent power factor controller and replacement with temper proof intelligent power factor controller suitable for 100 KVAR with 1 CT.
