Make - Havells / L&T / ABB (j) Solar panel to be arranged as per avalability of space on Roof to attend desirable output. (k) Any other BOS items/ connectors/ lugs (Sundry items) as required at site to make functional of plants, items technically required for proper functioning of plant. Note :- (i) Batteries for power backup, Invertors and mounting structure (suitable for wind speed 180Km/Hr) will be measured and paid separately. (ii)Design of Solar plant as per site requirement shall be approved by NIT / IIT/ Govt Engineering College. (iii)Within one month of placing of work order No 1. The contractor will submit a detailed project Report of their scheme & planning for the production of 13 KWp of power. In detailed project report, the bidder shall outline the various issues pertaining to the project and various type of materials to be used & will submit their action plan & CPM chart for effective & timely execution of the project.
4Design, Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 22 KWp or nearest higher side hybrid type (on/off Grid) roof top mounted (RCC roof) solar power plant made up of minimum 250/375 Wp DCR modules with suitable configuration as per site requirment of poly-crystalline type PV cell, 44 VDC to 240 VDC range suitable for minimum 3 Hrs battery power backup & consisting of the following :-

6Supply install, testing and commissioning solar Hybrid inverter of size 25KVA or higher capacity having dual function of solar and grid mode with MPPT (maximum power point tracker) type technology arrangement for charge controller solar energy cord, 3 phase, input range 120 VDC to 240 VDC from solar and 415 VDC out put +/- 5%, S&F as approved design of solid/ multistranded copper connecting cables upto 150mtr distance from Solar panels to inverter, all kind of mounting accessories etc. RS485 port, Ethernet, ZigBee, Built in GSM, Interfaces etc complete. Make:-Havells / STATCON/ ENERTECH/NEOWATT/LUMINOUS ISI approved 2020 model, make shall be as per existing in MES after getting approval from GE Bharatpur.
7Supply install, testing and commissioning solar Hybrid inverter of size 15KVA or higher capacity having dual function of solar and grid mode with MPPT (maximum power point tracker) type technology arrangement for charge controller solar energy. 3 phase, input range 120 VDC to 240 VDC from solar and 415 VDC out put +/- 5%, S&F suitable size of solid/multistranded copper connecting cables upto 150mtr distance from Solar panels to inverter, all kind of mounting accessories etc. RS485 port, Ethernet, ZigBee, Built in GSM, Interfaces etc complete. Make:-Havells / STATCON/ENERTECH/NEOWATT/LUMINOUS ISI approved 2020 model, make shall be as per existing in MES after getting approval from GE Bharatpur.
8S&F maintenance free C-10 rating battery suitable for solar power generation (with min replacement guarantee of 5 years from the date of installation) lead acid cell batteries 12 VDC, 150Ah, tubular including connecting up with suitable solid/ multistranded copper wire & brass connectors / clip / clamp / lid in series to aquire the voltage equivalent to 180 VDC panel output or 240 VDC panel output so as to convert the 120 VDC, 180 VDC or 240 VDC into 415Volt AC, 3 Ph, through inverters complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Cost of interlocking copper cable and connecting lid etc is deemed to be included with unit rate. (ii) GI structure for battery stand will be measured and paid separately. Battery rack suitable for stacking into row, layers and sections of maximum 15 to 20 Nos of batteries for one installation etc complete.
9Note for Srl Item No 1 to 5 :- (i) All kind of climbing materials, safety equipments and adequate tools shall be provided by the contractor during execution of work. (ii)Group of panels in any combination shall be installed on roof top of two bldgs. (iii) If the roof or any structure has damaged during the execution, contractor should make it good as per existing by his own. (iv) Rate includes Testing, commissioning and training on Operation and maintenance imparted to users for minimum 10 days by arranging OEM technician. (v) Two mode of operation shall be made available i.e, Solar Priority Mode and Grid Priority Mode. (vi)In solar priority mode, solar power shall be used to charge the batteries to full when available and once the battery becomes full, the site load shall be shifted to the battery and solar till a predefined battery voltage level thereby solar energy is utilized full.
10(vii) In Grid Priority mode, batteries are charged from grid as well as from solar. Loads are normally powered by grid when available. Under grid failure, loads shall be supported by solar. This mode is suitable for non sunny days. (viii)Entire solar panels and control systems should sustain the temperature from -10°C to 50°C and to sustain the wind speed upto 180Km/Hr. (ix) Rate of the solar panels and batteries including cleaning of panels, and regular maintenance of batteries and inverters. (x) The scope shall cover the surge protection system for the panels and inverters from lightning and thundering. (xi) protection against battery high / low, overload, short circuit, Array reverse, battery reverse and overtemperature shall be provided and testing shall be done at site after installation. (xii) Additional protection in the battery line shall be provided via fuse. Grid and output protected via MCB.
11(xiii)Monkey guard fencing around the panels or PVC monkey guard spikes around and over the structural area of the entire solar system independently shall be provided by the firm. The cost of the same shall be deemed to included in the quoted rate. (xiv) Preventive maint of batteries / Inverters / Panels shall be carried out by the firm by sending suitable technician twice in a month and shall give OK report to the Engineer-in-Charge in writing without fail. In case of repair on the system, contractor shall arrange particular spares by arranging own without giving trouble to the users. (xv) 10 days training shall be imparted to users and MES staffs by arranging suitable technicians from the reputed manufacturer by his own. (xvi)Rate including Multiple 16 bit DSP controllers / charge controllers, IGBT based power stage for higher power inverter, Inverter capacity = MPPT charger capacity, 2/3 Channel Interleaved MPPT for efficient charging, Wide range MPPT input suitable for 36,60 & 72 cell Solar PV module, Higher Open circuit voltage for better charging efficiency, Auto selectable priority mode, (Solar/Grid priority mode) for uninterrupted power & savings on grid power, Intelligent battery charging - 3 stage (Bulk, Absorption & Float)
12(xvii) Rate including Compatible charger to support all type of batteries i.e, Flooded Lead acid Tubular/VRLA/GEL, Automatic transfer from grid to solar when battery full & Solar available, Twin DC Fan for optimum thermal management, Noiseless inverter operation, Sleek & Aesthetic design, Works as standalone Solar Inverter in case of no grid, LED display for showing monitoring & Instantaneous system data display. (xviii) Rate including supply of cleaning kit with 6mtr pole and wiper, optiloc extension pole model alongwith 40cm brush & repair and maintenance of entire solar system till Defects Liability Period. In case of any fault or cleaning/preventive maintenace is required, contractor shall provide suitable technician within 24hrs to repair/maintain the solar power system with the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and user. (xix) Contractor shall provide minimum 3 years complete replacement guarantee from the date of completion of each equipment/ accessories if it is not working properly. (xx) Contractor shall provide main spare parts for three years as per OEM recommendation. (xxi) Contractor shall provide minimum power generation guarantee upto 25 years as per MNRE guidelines.
13M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel protected by galvanised iron light grade 15 mm dia pipe and20mm light grade for water filling including 15x20mm reducer socket funnel wire mesh, RCC cover with concrete 1:2:4 using 8 mm dia bar@100 mm c/c both ways, MS handle 12mm dia for PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 and excavation and earth work in hard/ disintegrated rock all as specified and shown on electrical plate No. 3 of 2009 (Part-I) and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed.Note : The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI wire 4mm dia from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.
14Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT UG XLPE insulated screened PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches wall / floor etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cable may be laid in trenches, under road, across the nallah, along poles / walls and ducts etc. Excavation, earthwork, sand chshioning, cable cover, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid saprately.
15Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT UG XLPE insulated screened PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches wall / floor etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cable may be laid in trenches, under road, across the nallah, along poles / walls and ducts etc. Excavation, earthwork, sand chshioning, cable cover, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid saprately.
16M&L submain wiring with 2 runs of single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts grade with FRLS copper conductor drawn through and including ISI marks PVC conduit concealed and conduit accessories of medium grade not less than 20mm dia including one run of single core 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth conductor along with wiring and connected from DB to DB / main board including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two run of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of 4 Sqmm earth cable and one run of 20mm PVC conduit shall be considered as a unit for measurements purpose.
17Excavation in trenches in hard/ disintegrated rock not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable etc. and for foundation of poles, stays etc. n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified & directed.
18Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
19Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading leveling, watering & consolidation in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
20Supply & laying sub class B bricks, locally available suitable for HT/LT cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.
21M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches in layers of 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.
22S&F Loadline MCCB enclosure alongwith 50Amp, 16KA, 4 pole MCCB, Make Havells, HSN Code 8538 including TPN bus bar and all kind of cable termination and joints, cable gland of suitable size etc complete all as specified and directed.
23M&L for 40mm bore GI pipe light grade laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole for protection of cable / earthing strip etc complete all as specified and directed.
24M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, benching, coping, bed blocks and roof kerbsetc including use of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
25Design, Supply, fixing and fabricate modules mounting structure (for 13 KWp Solar power Plant) seasonal tilt type made of hot formed hollow steel section as per IS 4923 : 2017 & designed as per IS 800 : 2007 & structure member should be hot dipped galvanized mild steel with coating not less than 85 microns and suitable to withstand wind speed upto 200km/hr and electrolytically compatible channels, bracing, purlins of any size, electromagnetic washers, nuts, bolts including cutting, drilling etc. The design should be as per IS code and suitable for the wind speed (as per Wind Zone or 180 km/hr whichever is higher, with correction of wind load at solar panel installation height), sun light, seasonal variation and climatic condition of the plant location. The design life should be more than 25 years and grade of steel should be YST310. Properties of RHS will conform to IS 4923 : 2017. HDG Fasteners of 4.6 grade and 8.8 grade for structure. The module mounting structure should be suitable for easy removing and refixing / replacing of PV modules of the Solar Plant. All MMS, foundation & fixing arrangement shall be according to the design and drawings, duly vetted by any IIT/NIT/Govt. Engineering College & approved from Accepting Officer. Each structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to optimize the maximum power generation in a year and provisions for Tilting of solar panels for seasonal variation. However to accommodate more capacity the angle of inclination may be reduced/ increased until the plant meets the specified performance power generation requirement of 13 KWp.The bidder shall carryoutand submit design of foundation for fixing of modules mounting structure (MMS) along with design calculations, detailed structural & architectural drawings, duly vetted by any IIT/NIT/Govt. Engineering college & shall be got approved from Accepting Officer including material & labour for construction of necessary foundation ( Design mix, reinforcement, necessary formwork, MS plate & including all required MS Bolts, nuts etc. complete) and associated workcomplete as per the approved design & drawings.

27NOTES for Srl No 18 & 19:- Structural material shall be corrosion resistant and electrolytically compatible with the materials used in the module frame, Its fasteners, nuts and bolts. Necessary protection towards rusting needs to be provided either by coating or anodization.
28MMS design & foundation design should be as per relevant IS code and shall be supported with design software reports & design calculations duly vetted by any IIT/NIT/Govt Engg college and shall be submitted for the approval of the Accepting Officer along with loading calculation sheet.
29The MMS structures and steel shall be as per latest IS 2062:2011 and galvanization of the mounting structure shall be in compliance of latest IS 4759.
30The fasteners used should be made of stainless steel of grade SS316. The array structure shall be so designed that it will occupy minimum space without sacrificing the output from the SPV panels.
31PV modules shall be secured to support structure using screw fasteners and/or metal clamps. Screw fasteners shall use existing mounting holes provided by module manufacturer. No additional holes shall be drilled on module frames. Module fasteners/clamps shall be adequately treated to resist corrosion.
32The PV array structure design shall be appropriate with a factor of safety of min. 1.
33Adequate spacing shall be provided between any two modules secured on PV array for improved wind resistance.
34Regarding civil structures the bidder needs to take care of the load bearing capacity of the roof and need to arrange suitable structures based on the quality of roof.
35The structures should be fixed on roof top as per manufacturer"s design with use of M-20 concrete mixture, water proofing shall be provided in the area where MMS is fixed on roof slab.
36The total load of the structure (when installed with PV modules) on the terrace should be less than 60 kg/m2. The load shall be well distributed so that point loads are well within the limits.
37The minimum clearance of the structure from the roof level should be sufficient to allow ventilation for cooling, also ease of cleaning and maintenance of panels as well as cleaning of the terrace.
38The array shall be located sufficiently inside the boundary wall of the terrace (parapet wall) and should not be projecting out. PV array shall be installed in the terrace space free from any obstruction and/or shadow. PV array shall be installed utilizing optimum terrace space to minimize the effects of shadows due to adjacent PV panel rows.
39Adequate spacing shall be provided between two-panel frames and rows of panels to facilitate personnel protection, ease of installation, replacement, cleaning of panels, and electrical maintenance.
40The main contractor and manufacturer shall give Warranty of Module mounting structure for 10 years and Service life of 25 Years. Any defect arising with in 24 Months the defective part of the structure shall be replaced by the contractor at his own cost. MAKE : STOLER / SRPL / ARS SOLAR STRUCTURE.
41S&F monkey guard PVC spikes having angular spikes, translusent, suitable to tie in GI frame, GI pipes, fixed on wall etc around the panles to the full length of perimeter, on the border post, corner structures etc complete all as specified and directed.
42Supply and InstallLT panel board enclosure, factory, made, fabricated with MS Sheet of minimum thickness 3.15mm, outdoor type, CPRI approved, Fire Proof painted with smoke grey colour after applying 2 coat of metallic primer, corrosion resistive, cubicle type double door, independently lockable doors for each MCCBs, with associated Volt meter, Ammeter, three phease R-Y-B indicators, with suitable cable openings, cable gland, Cable lugs, 600 Amp rated copper bus bar for 3 Phase and neutral with indication colour of insulation over bus bar, independent compartments for01x 400Amp incoming L - frame four pole MCCB and 7 x 63 Amp out going A-frame four pole MCCBs approved drawing including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of suitable size, MS Angle Iron stand of suitable size 75cm in hight (below GL 15cm and above GL 60 cm) made of 50X50X5mm thick duly painted exposed surface with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, internal wiring with suitable size of cable, I/C & O/G cable should be fixed with suitable glands and testing of panels as per standard procedure comprising the following : (a) MCCB 4 pole, 400Amps capacity (as incomer), 36KA breaking capacity, 415V,adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting, HSN code 8536 - 01No. (b) MCCBs 4 pole, 63Amps capacity (as outgoing), 25KA breaking capacity, 415V, adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting HSN code 8536 - 07 Nos. 43S&F metalic exhaust fan 380mm of 900 rpm with all connected assessories including louvers including cutting hole in wall and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and as directed.
44Supply and install invertere type AC split type complete with indoor & outdoor units insulated copper tubing, ecofriendly refrigerant copper wound rotary compressor complete with cordless remote control unit and dust filter for batter indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and for capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.
45M&L for cutting of bituminous road of any type and thickness for the width of cut 15cm and depth of cut 30cm for inserting GI pipe 40mm, by using grinder or cutter & refilling the hard core materials and well finishing packed with 1:3:6 ratio cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.
46Demolition of PCC in roof covering, kerbs, roof kerbs, benching, coved fillets etc including old decayed water proofing treatment of any typeall as directed.
47M&L for PCC typeB-0 (1:2:4) in roof covering, benching, etc 40 mm thick (average thickness) mixed with water profing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as permanufacturers instructions finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 51Schedule "A" Part II Comprehensive maintenance of all solar power plants complete and its related civil & E/M works for the period of 24 months by deploying trained personal for carrying out maintenance & task given below :- (a) Weekly Task :- (i)Cleaning of PV modules minimum once in a week or as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii)Recording of readings / tightening of nuts / bolts, checking of electrical connections etc. once in a week or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b)Periodical inspection of plant once in a month by Engineer of the solar firm installing the plant to ensure maximum output of plant. (c)The thermal imaging of PV panel should be taken once in a year for checking its health incluidng hot spots. (d)The shutdown duration of plant should be monitered, recorded and analysised. (e)All fire safety and fire fighting measures shall be ensured by the contractor during the comprehensive maintenance period irrerpective of provisions available. Note :- Repair / replacement of defective parts / civil repair works of any part / work executed in Part I will be carried out by the contractor as per defect liability and guarntee / warranty clause and nothing extra will be paid for the same.
