2	2 Consultancy work	3.Phase.-II. (a)Preparation the HUDA approval drawings (as per HUDA Administration building bye laws) based on the approval dwgs of Phase-I .The HUDA approval drawings (4 Sets of dwgs or as per requirement of HUDA administration) to be submitted to HUDA administration after coording with GE (AF) Faridabad & Users for HUDA administartion approval. (b)The 4 Sets of approved drawings on A2 size including soft copy in Auto Cad (2CD) along with approval letters to be submitted to HQ CE (AF) WAC Palam. (c)The consultant will also responsible if any issue comes during construction regarding approval of drawing from HUDA Gurgaon and consultant will resolve the issue with HUDA Administration.
3	3 Consultancy work	4.PHase-III. Working dwgs as per detailed list given in draft quotation to be completed wihin 30 days of approval of phase.I 5. Complete set of architectural working drawings good for lump sum tender shall be submitted in the form of hard copy (1 Set) and soft copyat the time of obtaining completion of the job,. 6. All drawings shall be prepared on A2 size sheets unless found necessary to use large sheet sizes. 7. Detail drawings of an features shall be prepared at min1.50 scale and all other dwgs shall be prepared at min 1.100 scale except site plans which shall be prepared at scalse appropriate to fit in A3size paper 8. Any amendments/correction shall be carried out as per the requirement of this office before issue of tender. 9.Work shall be completed in 8 week. 10. The consultant should be in the list approved panel of architect of Gurgaon administration & should have sound knowledge of building bye laws HUDA administration.
4	4 Consultancy work	2.STRUCTURAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES (a) ESMComplex(G+2) =1805.22 (b) Connected Passage =94.00 NOTE: .. 1 .The consultant shall submit the following documents in presentable form in soft and hard copies to E2(Desgin) Section of CE (AF) WAC Palam, who will scrutinize and will issue satisfactory completioncertificate:- (a)Design should be confirming to all relavant IS codes (latest version). (b)Input data the file STAD file, Design i/p file -(Soft copy alongwith excel sheets, if used). (c)Design philosophy and list of codes and BIS publication followed. (d)Design Folder. (e)Structural Drawing on Auto Cad. 2. The entire structural drawings (one original set) incl foundation plan, floor plan, roof plans, positioning of grid beams, details of stair case and all relavant drawings on 100 gsm A1 size tracing sheet.
5	5 Consultancy work	3.Draft structural drgs shall be approved by the design section before vetting. 4.Drgs would be got proof checked by design section in presence of the consultants designers rep. 5. Vetting certificate from any of the IIT/NIT.Vetting will be done in official capacity with stamp of institute alongwith a letter on letter head verifying the same. 6.The consultancy firms shall be provided any clarification/changes sought by the department after submission of Drgs during execution till completion/finalisation of project. 7.
