229Providing, carriage and installation of manual operatedvoltage stabilizers of below specificationswith allied works such as 3.5 core armoured al. cable Havells / Polycab / reputed ISI makeof suitable rating from pole to main switch which will act as on / offswitch to the system and then providing and fitting of copper cable from main switch to voltage stabilizerin length. All the cables shall be of suitable rating as per HP of the motor. The manual operated voltage stabilizer should have electrolytic grade copper wound coils having5 upwards steps and 2 downwards steps from the line voltage with correction rate of 30 volts per stepi.e. it should work from 180V to 400+5% with frequency of 50+3 hertz. Voltage stabilizer should also be provided with T-oil, change over switch and MCCB of suitable rating. Any other accessory which has not been mentioned here but is mandatory and inevitable for accomplishment of job should also be provided. 236Design, fabrication, providing, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel cum fault analyzer cum auto starter of below specifications and suitable rating and shall be equipped with latest relays and preventive devices alongwith suitable input and output system including On / Off system. The relay, MCCB’s shall be of reputed make such as L&T / Havells / Siemens etc. The complete system should be enclosed in MS steel enclosure box of suitable dimensions.
