| 1 | NSOR:- Drillingholes 16-20 mm dia for a depth 40mm to 50mm inside concrete at a spacing 300 to 450mm or as decided by engineer incharge, cleaning the hole by jet of water and inserting 15-20mm dia GI/PVC nipple at an inclination in epoxy putty. Grouting to be injected after 24 hours at all height and levels etc complete to the satisfaction of Engineer incharge (Cost of Epoxy putty included) |
| 2 | NSOR:- Providing and injecting cement base grout with polymer as per manufactures specification of approved brand of supreme Bituchem, Krisna Conchem, Fosroc, Dr. Beck Ciba of equivalent make by means of gun or pump at pressure of 5 to 7 Kg per cum. First nipple to be closed after inclination and second un-till the grout flows out return pressure at any nearest end to checked by pressure gauge. Injection grouting includes all pump rent Grouting equipment, scaffolding etc complete after grouting is completed after 24 hours, out the nipples and seal it with polymer modified mortar as per direction of Engineer in charge. Payment to be made by weight of cement base grout consumed. |
