| 3 | Providing and fixing false ceiling Grid system with NRC 90 tiles – size 600mm x 600mm fixing in position suspended false ceiling grid system with hot dipped galvanized free pre coated GI angle size 24 x 24 x 0.50 mm thick and 6050 mm long fixed to the brick wall/ partition at the perimeter of the ceiling with nylon sleeves and screws at 610 mm centers. Then suspend the main GI “T” section (bottom pre coated) size 38 x 24 x 0.35 mm and 3600 mm long from soffit in one direction with the help of GI rod of 4 mm diameter 6 mm nylon rawl plug at 1220 mm centers GI cross “T” section (bottom pre coated) size 28 x 24 x 0.35 mm and 600 mm long is insert fixed into the slots provided in the main “T” at 600 mm centers to form 595 x 595 mm grid and lay the 595 mm x 595 mm square edges glass wool/ rock wool/ mineral wool board of thickness 15 mm or higher with a minimum RH factor 0.95 and provide universal holding clip over the tiles. Rate includes making provision for fixing light fixtures, smoke detectors and trap doors with locking arrangements. Works will be inclusive of scaffolding and staging at all levels. |
