7Clearing grass and other overgrowth vegetations and small trees of girth up to 30 cm including rooting out and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 150 metres outside the periphery of the area to be cleared; earth work excavation by, mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual in foundation trenches or drains(not exceeding1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m; providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shutteringwith1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) around the wellfor platform and plasteringover itwith CM 1:4, 12 mm thick floated hard and trowelled smooth including watering, curing etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers; supplying 7 pre cast cement concrete ring of dia 0.90m to 1.20m and 0.30m height, lowering itin to the excavated portion of the existing well, (below ground level at a depth 0.9m -3 no.s rings), seating it over cement concrete; pointing the joints between the rings with cement motor, filling the gap between the rings and earth surface with locally available gravelly earth / assorted filter media, compacting it up to the ground level;placing remaining rings of the same size over it (4 nos above ground level), so as to form the side protection and parapet wall to the well including all lead, lift and other labour charges etc complete
