    Bids Are invited for Design Supply, Installation , Testing and Commissioning of one number Mass flow meter - Design Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of Mass Flow Meter for Bitumen VG 10 & VG30 Tanker Loading, Coriolis based, 0.1% accuracy, Pulse O/P, LCD Display, Alu. Housing, Flanged as per ANSI B16.5, 3inch Size, MOC SS316 or Better for tubes and flanges, 230 VAC UPS supply (or) 24VDC1/2NPTF for a product specification of 1.Accuracy shall be 0.1% Mass/Volume. 2.Density accuracy shall be 0.0005 gm/cc3) Remote Transmitter -20 Mtr Interconnecting cable with armor to be provided.4) Electrical tracing to be included for Bitumen product. Flow rate 1200 LPM Dia 4 inch kinematic viscosity 350-400 for VG30. Vendor to share drive gain graph during test trial and to use MFM its output can be obtained through RS-485 connector and integreted with LRCS . The no of communication port or channel will be as per HPCL requirement. , Comprehensive annual maintenance - The system should be maintained for five years with quarterly visits by vendor.Cost of all spares, equipment, instruments & services, (Preventive & Breakdown) to take care ofmaintenance and calibration activities.Quarterly preventive maintenance visits to carry out preventive maintenance of flow meterssupplied.W&M stamping will be done at site during accuracy checks every year as part of CAMC. HPCLwill reimburse the government stamping fee to vendor after the necessary verification andcertification is done.Attending to all break-down maintenance calls to restore the functionality of all the itemssupplied by the vendor under this contract within 72 hrs. of written intimation to the vendor Total Quantity : 1
