Tender For Execution Of Various Electrical Works At Lis Banyari Old- 1 Manufacture , providing , installation and Commissioning of 250 KVA capacity HT transformer. The job comprises of the following specifications , process of fabrication and involvement ofmaterial :-Core :- The core of the HT transformer shall be made with laminated and low loss electrical steel sheet that is cold rolled and of high grade steel , the core shall be assembled in a manner that it reduces the noise caused by vibration , individual stamping shall be coated with insulation varnish which shall be resisted to heat and oil on both sides . The core shall be connected to the clamp which ensures that if efficiency earthed. The core legsshall be bounded with heavy duty insulating tape and the yokes shall be rigidly/securely clamped between the folded steel channels , clamps on the top and bottom shall be firmly attached to each other by means of tie rod . The tie rod shall serve the dual purpose of transferring the load from the bottom to the top clamps and securing the winding in the piece to preventtensile stress being setup in the corelegs which shall otherwise will lead to iron loses .Winding :- The coils of the transformer shall be precisely designed to meet the three basic requirements . thermal , mechanical and electrical . The coils shall be wound using the fresh aluminum winding material of specific grade and size and shape , both H.V & L.V type winding shall be wound with adequate securing and brazing tapers in order to get a sturdy , robustic and self supporting structureand shall be provided with inter layer duct ensuring low temperature gradient between windings and oil to that spot temperature shall be kept to minimum .Winding connection :- Tapping and phase leads shall run in paper covered conductorsand adequate barriers shall be used to separate the phase leads from the tapping , Brazed tubes shall be used to maintain the required clearancebetween coil and tank .Tank:- The tank of the HT transformer shall be made from mild steel of adequate thickness with corruged wall panel type radiators of pressed steel fin coils and sufficient quantityof transformer for effective coolingThe job includes providing and fill in T–oil upto required level of high grade quality .Specifications :- Capacity 250 KVANo of phases three Supply frequency 50 HzType of cooling oil cooled Output voltage 433 VMounting ------- on wheels 2 anufacture, Supply, Installation and commissioning and testing at site 250 KVA Capacity Copper wound voltage stabilizer.The stabilizer shall be manually operated, oil cooled suitable for working on 3 phases 50+ 3% HZ AC voltage.The core shall be contained in a box type container made out of 2 mm thick Mild Steel plate.The container shall be painted in two coats of steel primerand with two coats of super enamel paint of grey shade (Spray paint) from outside the tank.The box shall be provided with suitable cooling pipes to dissipate the heat generated.Hooks of proper size for lifting stabilizer shall be provided on the top of the tank.The container of the stabilizer shall be mounted on wheels for easy shifting/positioning as and when required.Copper strips of suitable size shall be used for winding and fiber glass insulating material shall be used for insulating of copper strips. The core of the stabilizer shall be fabricated out of first class silicon 92 grade pota sheets cut to the size and then tightened securely. The stabilizer shall have suitable insulated lugs of appropriate size of cable connection.The indicating glass of the transformer oil shall also be provided on the transformer body.Voltage Range= Input = 240-500 voltsOutput = 400/440 voltsTape Changer =Manually operated balance type tapechanger of 6 tapings with tape position Indicator.Tape No: - 1 = Step down by not more than 50 volts.Tape No: - 2 = line voltage.Tape No: - 3-6 = These tapes shall be used toincrease voltage in the range of 240-440 volts to 400-440 voltsThe stabilizer shall be provide with a free standing type control panel made out of sheet metal dust and vermin proof internally wired having following accessories.a). Two number voltmeter 100mm square dial flush pattern type 0-500 volts, one each on incoming and outgoing circuits.The voltmeter shall be with fuse and selector switch for 3 phase.b).
