SUPPLY OF PRIMARY INJECTION KIT UNDER ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION TEST AND COMMISSIONING DIVISION-I, PRAYAGRAJ AND VARANASI. 1 Maximum Output Current 1 Phase, 1000A Current Ranges: 0-250A, 50Hz AC Continuous 0-500A, 50Hz AC Continuous 0-1000A, 50Hz AC - Intermittent (minimum 5 minute ON and 10 minute OFF) 2 Current Injection The kit should be able to inject the desired current (1000A) into the CT Terminals in fully erected condition. 3 Current Control Continuous Current control by Variable Auto Transformer. 4 Resolution Resolution:1A 5 Accuracy +/-0.5% of reading, +/-0.5% of full range. 7 Display Digital display preferably in LCD/LED or Better, for Display of Primary Injected Current and Secondary Current. 8 Secondary Current Current developed in Secondary Side of the CT should be measured and displayed in the Control Unit. Necessary clamp with cables should be provided with the kit. Resolution of the display should be atleast 1mA. 9 Power Supply Input Power Supply:1phase, 230Volt ±10% AC, 50Hz ± 5%Hz 10 Enclosure Provided with metallic/Plastic robust enclosure 11 Mobility Kit should be sturdy, easily portable and modular type and each module weight should not exceed 50kg for easy handling. Kit can be a single unit or in two units. 12 Test Leads Kit shall be supplied along with all accessories including Copper cable set, clamps, connectors, indication lamps, power supply cable etc. all that is required for carrying out measurement for one unit. Test Cable should be long enough to inject the output current on a fully erected CT Copper cables (each having a minimum cross section of 120sqmm or more) should be supplied along with the kit to deliver the rated current of 1000A. The output cable should be 5 M length (02 Nos.) 13 Accessories The input Power supply cable of the kit should be of at least 3m in length with required all accessories will be provided. 14 Operating Temperature 0-50 deg C 15 Relative Humidity 90% RH or Better. 16 Safety Kit shall have safety features like fuses/MCBs, ON indications etc. 17 Demonstration & Commissioning at site Successful Bidder Has to carry out the demonstration / commissioning at all sites after supply of the kit. If the kit fails to do so during the demonstration or commissioning, the kit will be rejected. 18 Warranty Minimum 1 year from the date of successful demonstration / Commissioning at site
