| 1 | Complete servicing of air handling unit 22 Nos of the central air conditioning plant installed at super specialty hospital Jammu by way of cleaning of the pre filters, chemical cleaning of the cooling coils, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the cooling coils are totally cleaned. The job also includes the cleaning of the nozzle head, greasing of the bearings of the blowers and cleaning of the ducts as per the requirement at site to clear the blockage, greasing of the bearings of all motors of the AHU and checking/ repair to blower alignments. The job also includes replacing of old worn outv beltsand taper lockpulleys and providing/ fitting of new belts/pulleys in place of defective ones along with servicing of the electric panels of each AHU including providing and fitting of new MNX contactors wherever required and other electrical parts in the panelsin place of burnt ones.. The Complete job includes cost of material charges, transport charges, hire charges of tools and tackles including all unforeseen charges required for the job and all kinds of taxes. |
