Tender For Building Repairing & Painting Work -1 Providing and repairing with Concrete & Brickwork Plastering and all damaged Admin building & Operation building, warehouse inner & outer areas chipping & plastering using with chemicals Dr. Fixit or Fosroc or equivalent including scaffolding with 6m height, ware house 12m height using with safety belt and labour fitness certificate with Doctor with all tools and tackles etc., 2 Providing and painting of interior with two coats of Premium emulsion of approved make (ASIAN, DULUX, NEROLAC or equivalent) and shade thoroughly cleaning the surfaces, removing loose burrns, dust, dirt, repairing dents, holes cracks, etc., as per specifications including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding etc., 3 Providing and painting of exterior with one coat of primer and two coats of ACE or Tractor Emulsion and shade thoroughly cleaning the surfaces, removing loose burns, dust, dirt, repairing dents, holes cracks, etc., as per specifications including False Ceiling area and cost of materials, labour, scaffolding etc., Admin, Operation buildings, security room (white colour) and compound wall columns and beams (with BL Green colour) 4 Providing and applying two coats of white wash as per specifications and ceiling (concrete) ware house outside, compound wall inner including scaffolding, adding approved adhesive/glue, preparing the surface etc, as directed, re-plastering the damaged patches etc 5 Preparing the surfaces of existing wooden doors and windows in all floors and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Asian or equivalent) of approved quality and shade to give an even shade including scrapping wherever required all as directed including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipment, etc., complete. NOTE: 1.Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per engineering-in-charge.2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting coefficient. 6 Preparing the surfaces of existing steel members & main gate in all floors and painting with one coat of Epoxy paint (Asian or equivalent) of approved quality and shade to give an even shade including scrapping wherever required all as directed including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipment, etc., complete. The above quantity is inclusive of painting coefficient. 7 Letter writing including white base coat, green letter and scaffolding etc, 8 Supplying & applying of one coat of Epoxy primer 15 microns, and two coats of Epoxy Signal Red paint 50 microns of 6 dia or 8 dia Fire Fighting pipe including supporting angle using power wire brush for cleaning all the surface by manually cleaned etc., user of chopping hammer, emery paper shall be done to clean pitted areas to the satisfaction of site-in-charge including all materials tools and tackles etc.,
