Rodent Control Inside The Plant, Buildings& Stores: A)The Gum Glue Boards/Multi Catch Wise Traps, Strategic Bait Control Or Such Appropriate Material Shall Be Used. B)Rodents Bait Shall Be Used Only Outside The Buildings And In The Premises Of Nandini Hi Tech Product Plant. C)Trapped/Dead Rodents Shall Be Disposed Off Immediately Outside The Dairy Premises In Such A Way That It Does Not Cause Any Foul Odor Or Create Contamination In The Dairy Premises. D)Extensive Rodent Control By Way Of Different Methods-Cages, Glue Traps Shall Be Done In High Risk Area Such As Finished Goods Stores. E)Bait Stations Shall Be Identified Suitably And Bait Map Shall Be Provided For Reference. F) Quarterly Tender Analysis Report Should Be Submitted . 2. Control O( Flving , Crawling Insects And Lizard Control: A) Suitable Sprays Which Are Safe And Non Hazards To Food Shall Be Used And They Shall Not Affect The Existing Sensitive Environment. A)Preventive Control Shall Be Provided, So That No Pesticides Chemicals Spray Shall Be Used In The Production, Packing And Storage Area. B)All The Equipments And Packing Machines Shall Be Covered For Control Of Flying And Crawling Insects. C)Crawling Insects Management: Crawling Insect Such As Ants, Millipedes Etc Including Spider Crawling Inside Premises And Buildings Shall Be Suitably Controlled. D)Lizard Control: Lizard Menace Inside Premises And Buildings Shall Be Suitably Controlled. 3. Fumigation: A)Fumigation Of Ghee Filling Farm Fill Seal(Ffs) Machines For Insects Like Cockroaches Etc Shall Be Done So As To Cover All The Machines As Per The Requirement. B)Fumigation Shall Be Done For Butter Hardening Room/Anteroom And Deep Freezes, Powder Packing And Storage Rooms On Need Basis. C)Termite Treatment Shall Be Done On Need Basis. 4.None Of The Material /Chemical Used For Pest Control Shall Contaminate Or Pose Any Food Safety Hazard To Milk And Milk Products. Msds(Material Safety Data Sheet)And Non Toxicity Certificates Shall Be Provided For All The Chemicals Used Based On Nabl Certified Laboratory Report. 5.Personnel Shall Be Exclusively Stationed At Nandini Hi Tech Product Plant To Carryout Pest Control Activity On Day To Day Basis And Who Shall Take Confirmation From Concerned Section Heads/Concerned For Having Carried Out The Pest Control Activity On Day To Day Basis And To Maintain The Record Of The Same. 6.Shall Carryout The Pest Control Risk Assessment I.E. Identification Of Activities, Identification Of Food Safety Risk And Identification Of Hazards, Risks And Rate Of The Risks To Comply With The Food Safety Management System/ Iso 22000:2005 .
