Repair / Replacement Of Pump Sets And Allied Water Supply Works Including Repair / Maintenance Of Misc E / M Equipments In Technical Area Under Ge ( Af ) Hasimara Disconnecting all electric and water supply connections and other related items and lifting the unserviceable VT/ Submersible pump and motor of capacity upto 20 HP, 3 phase, 415 V, 10 staging by mechanical/manual method and dismantling the column pipe line, shafts stage and keeping the same in safe custody for reuse including transportation of the defective pump set and motor from pump house to workshop for repair and back and lowering and re-installation the same on exisisting position after necessary repair including testing on completion all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 2 Dismantling the unserviceable parts and burnt out copper winding from pump and motor of capacity from 12.5 HP upto 20 HP, 3 phase, 415V, 10 staging and rewinding the motor with supper enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge including heating, varnishing, replacement of defective spare parts, re-assembling and painting the motor with two coats of supper enamelled paint and carrying out necessary tests in presence of the Engineer-in-Charge as per IE Ruleto establish functional ability/desired performanceof the repaired motor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and test result kept on office record duly signed by the Engineer-in-charge and contractor.(Note:- (a) Spare / parts shall be measured & paid seperately as Supply only (2) Labour charge for fixing parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.) 3 Taking down the unserviceable parts from the pump and motor of capacity from 12.5 HP upto 20 HP, 3 phase, 415 V including over hauling, servicing/cleaning throughly discharge/ suction cases, impellers, shaft and re-assembling pump carefully including servicing the motor by varnishing, insulating the motor winding ,cleaning and painting the parts with two coats water proofing supper enamelled paint after preperation of surfaces manualy including repair/replacement of unservicable parts as required at site etc and re-assembling/re-installing the pump complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- (a) Spare / parts shall be measured & paid seperately as Supply only (2) Labour charge for fixing parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.) 4 M & L for Machine work to the the existing column pipe of size upto 100 mm bore and threading the same thread onthe same pipe by machanically complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. 9 S & F mild steel column pipe, 100 mm bore, heavy duty, having wall thickness 5.4mm (3.0m/1.524m long) both end threaded with one socket conforming to IS-1239 (part-I), 1979 including painting with two coats of black bitumenous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer internally and externally (suitable for drinking purpose) including taking out old unserviceable pipe, complete all as specified and directed.(Make : Jindal/Bansal) 10 S & F mild steel column pipe, 80 mm bore, heavy duty, having wall thickness 4.8mm (3.0m long) both end threaded with one socket conforming to IS-1239 (part-I), 1979 including painting with two coats of black bitumenous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer internally and externally (suitable for drinking purpose) including taking out old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.(Make : Jindal/Bansal) 11 Supply and fix PVC insulated, sheathed, flat stranded copper conductor of 10 Sqmm, 3 core, water proof submersible cable and fixed in submersible pump to starter complete all as specified and directed. 12 M & L for cleaining and descaling the column pipe of 100mm bore by wire brush including painting the internal and external surface of column pipe with two coats of black bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide primer (suitable for drinking water) after preperation of old painted surfacescomplete all as specified and directed. 13 All as per serial item No. 12 above but for 80mm bore column pipe complete all as specified and directed. 14 Dismantling the unserviceable parts and burnt out copper winding from motor of ( Make -Krlosker/KSB/CRI) Note-Old u/s submersible pumpset shall be deposited toE/M Store yard 70 Comprehensive/ Periodical servicing of Passenger lift of capacity 13 Passenger(844 Kg) (Make : OTIS) comprising all checks as prescribed by the OEM for monthly basis maintenance including carrying out repairs & servicing to all mechanical/ electrical parts, electronic cards, drives, and main hoist motor, door motor along with greasing of the all movable parts, replacement of unserviceable rollers, limit switches, call buttons, display boards including checking all the mechanical, electrical, safety, speed locks, conditional interlocks, load/strain and light sensors for trouble free operation of the lifts including testing, servicing, carrying out necessary repairs for smooth operation of ARD, repair/ adjustments to all the car/ landing doors for smooth operation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 71 All as per serial item No. 73 above but for capacity of 8 Passenger(544 Kg)(Make: Johnson) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Notes for Serial Item No. 73 & 74 :-(a) The contractor shall carryout the Comprehensive Maintenance of the Lifts catered under subject work through the Original Equipment of Manufacturer of the Lift or from their accredited / authorised agencies only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Lift or from their accredited / authorised agencies to provide technical support, trained persons for maintenance & testing and spares before commencement of the work to GE. The spares shall be of the make as per existing or as per the OEM. (b) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of supply and fixing of all Major and Minor Spares viz.
