    Tender Details

    Tender For Purchase Of Plate Heat Exchanger (Phe) &Additional Quantity Of Gasket For The Same Phe For Paneer Plant (1) Plate Heat Exchanger(PHE) for Paneer Plant. Capacity: 5000 Ltrs/hour. Milk consistency: 4.5%Fat,8.5%SNF. Milk feeding temperature: 4 degree centigrade. Finished milk Discharge temperature:95 degree centigrade. Plate shall be made from AISI 304 SS material and of sanitary design. Plate pack shall be easily accessible and readily removable for cleaning and inspection. Gasket shall ensure complete sealing and prevent any cross leakage between product and service liquids.Gasket shall be sanitary type of food grade rubber, non-toxic, fat resistant, no-absorbent, shall have smooth surface and shall withstand water sterilization temperature of 100 degree centigrade and caustic/acid each of 2% strength & Temperature 85 degree centigrade. Complete plate pack shall be supported in a supporting frame made of MS with AISI 430 SS cladding and adjustable ball feet. The PHE shall have all accessories like inletoutlet, thermo well, safety device. 2) Gasket of PHE (Matching with the PHE which is to be supplied. Design & Shape should be same as Plate design & Grooves)
