10Detection of pin point fault in HT cable 11 KV (burried in ground/under road/path up to depth of 1.5 m) by cable fault locating machine comprising impulse generator,acoustic fault locator and reflectometer (laptop based) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes-(1) Cable fault locating machine to be arranged at site with in 12 hrs after intimation(2) Earth work will be measured seperatly.(3) Cost of transpotation in unit rate is deemed to be included.
11Handling, transportation of transformers of any make, type and any capacity 200 KVA of any make, model & type including hoisting, taking down from pole (pole mounted) or plinth mounted by any means mechanically pulley/mechanical crane, transportation to workshop for repair/maint. Reinstallation of Transformer in position pole mounted/plinth mounted including disconnecting and connecting all cable, earth lead, clamps and channels etc as per site requirement all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : If any damage to transformer/OH line/cables occur duringhandling, transportation or during hoisting/lifting, the same will be rectifiedby the contractor without any extra cost to the department.
12M&L for changing of Old / Burnt Copper coil by new EC grade copper coils with complete including insulation materialoftransformerall as Specified
13Striping out of Insulation of LV Windings and reinsulation of Coil with insulating material of transformer for any type and capacity of transformers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..
14Labour only for opening of top cover and allied parts of transformer of cap up to 200 KVAlifting of Core for repair , preheating charges for copper coils, assy of core coil assy including assy of copper coils, Tapping connections , insulation on Tap leads with insulation paper ,star connection by new EC grade copper on HV & LV side ., Baking charges for transformer job for each proper IR value in vacuum Chamber ( Auto Clave ) , refitting ofHV / LV bushing and transformer accessories with top cover, M& Lfor painting of transformer tank having hot oilresistant paint inside all as specified
15M&L Transformer oil having di-electric strength of 60 KV as per IS complete for top up/ replacement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Oil should be supplied in sealed barrel of Power/Transol brand) Note: oil shall be filled in the transformers/stabilizers to be repaired or installed at site at different locations.
16Dehydration/Filteration of transformer oil at site by means of centrifuging machine in order to improve dielectric strength of oil as per IS-355. Break down voltage should not be less than 50 KV complete all as specified and directed.
17Supply and fix LVporcelain bushing of transformer 1.1KV with metal partsbrass as per IS 3347 part iiiand 4 Nos hexagonal nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

30M and L for Cleaning of the area with removing the green grass patches /Bushes/small ornamental plants/herbs from the complete area of 11 KV receiving station with suitable T&P and covering the area with suitable peables of suitable size dressing/cleaning the area complete and afterwards sparying the complete area with suitable herbicideto stop the growth of weeds and grass asdesired and directed byEngr-in-charge.( Note: the complete Job will be done only after taking proper shut down of 11 KV HT Line. Shut Down will provided by the Dept. with Liasion of SED.) Note: cleaning of area Quoted be done once in a three months.
