Recovery of stones to the tune of 8592.68 Cum quantity (eight thousand five hundred ninety two decimal sixty eight) cubic metres at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor"s running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.
