Bottom plates, roof structural, columns, girders, rafter etc as directed by site in charge and removal of tank sludge/dust has to be deposited off to a far-off distance outside the plant premises as per the direction of site engineer. Internal Painting ofWater Tank: Zone A: Bottom plate, internal shell plates, roof supporting columns to be blast cleanedto Sa 2 1/2and repainted as mentioned bwlow. 1) Primer (P2)- Polyamide cured Epoxy Zinc phospate DFT 70-75 micron.2) Finish Paint (F4) Solvent Less HB Expoxy Liner , DFT -500 micron( 2 coats of 250 micron each ) Total DFT =575 Micron.
