Interaction and presentation of the case to the Audit Committee and BoD of UJVN Ltd. & Hon’ble UERC on the matters related to aforesaid filings with the Hon’ble UERC. Attending the public hearings & Technical Validation Sessions and preparing and filing responses/replies to the objections/clarifications/information desired by the Hon’ble UERC, and stake holders regarding Business Plan and MYT Petitions and submission of soft copies computer based financial model of Business Plan & MYT petitions. |
| 4 | Critical examination and analysis of the tariff order(s) passed by the Hon’ble UERC and submitting the report thereupon incorporating comments and suggestions for further course of action for consideration by UJVN Ltd within 15 days of date of passing of such order(s) by the Hon’ble UERC. |
