1Creation of 100 KVA electric sub-station at Tube Well Patta Paloura. Providing and erection of 2 no 9 mtrs. steel tubular poles. Shifting of poles from the stacking place to the site of work. Excavation of pit, fixing of top insulator fitting, cross arms, clamps, packing cross braces etc. The poles are to set in good hard earth. The depth of the pit shall be one sixth of the height of the pole. Poles must not be erected along the edge of the cutting or embankment or where the soil is liable to be washed away, unless special precautions are taken to ensure durable foundation when setting the pole. The pit shall be of ample size to allow easy entrance of the pole and base plate without any damage to it. After pole is erected vertically, the pit is to be refilled with the excavated earth and properly rammed. Steel tubular poles or all the steel mounting shall be given one coat of approved red oxide paint and two coats of approved aluminum paint. There should be sufficient interval between every coat of painting in order to allow for drying. The bolts and nuts shall be dipped in anticorrosive oil before insertion and oil overlapping surface of steel should be given a fine coat of red oxide paint before bolting. Concreting of all steel tubular poles should be done in proportion of 1:3:6. After concreting, one finishing coat of cement should be applied on surface. Providing and fitting of 11 KV knife edged link set, 11 KV DO set, 11 KV LA set, pin insulators, ACSR conductor, dogs for HT load / jumper and fuse set from electric poles. Shifting of 100 KVA transformer from workshop to site in mechanical transport, installation of the transformer on pole mounted base frame using hydra crane and skilled labour. Making of HT and LT side connections of the transformer. Job also includes fabrication of LT isolation point near the sub-station and providing and fitting of single core LT Aluminum cables between LT bus bar and the electric transformer. Earthing of the electric sub-station by way of excavation off pit of size 4’ x 3’ x 6’ near the sub-station. Disposal of excavated material at permissible site near the pump room by manual labour. Providing and laying of earthing plate of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm with GI pipe, nuts and bolts. Providing and filling of charcoal and salt in layers for proper earthing and filling of excavated pits with good earth. Providing and laying of ½” dia. GI pipes with funnels on upper side above ground level for watering purposes. Complete job includes cost and carriage of materials i.e. tubular poles, erection of tubular poles, conductor, pin insulator and pins, channel for cross members, 11 KV DO set, 11 KV link set, 11 KV LA set, nuts and bolts and other accessories, hydra crane hire charges for erection of poles and installation of transformer, JCB hire charges for excavation of earth, earthing material, cost and labour on account of paint, disposing of surplus material at a permitted site etc. Complete job.
2Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel with built in fault analyzer suitable for running 50 HP newly installed submersible pump set at Tube Well Patta Paloura. The panel should be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR sheet and provision for fixing it on the wall or the ground with the help of anchoring bolts should be made. The Panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking / sealing arrangements.The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel is to be given two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should have equipped with following components / features: - 1. The panel should be fitted with 160 Amps MCCB and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side. 2. Star delta starter: - The panel should be fitted with starter comprising of 2 no. air break contractors, 1 No. 70 Amps contactor for main and 1 no. contactor 50 Amps. for delta supply and 1 No. Air break contractor 50 Amps. for star operation, 1 no. timer for changing over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor. 1 No. MCB 2 Amps. for the protection of internal control wiring. A neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible, copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply. 3. Protection device: - The panel is fitted with protection devices like relay, CT/PT, timer, ROM of suitable rating having inbuilt display ON / OFF, control fuse, fault analyzer with capacity to protect motor by isolating the power supply of motor de-energizing the starter/ panel from electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings like phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalanced voltage, reverse phasing,over current / load, dry running, unbalanced current / load, earth leakage, short circuiting, locked motor, broken shaft. It should also display current of RYB phase and also line voltage of RY an YB phase and record trip counts and indicate trip status for over load, under load, single phase, unbalanced phase, earth fault, over voltage, under voltage, under voltage / reverse phasing respectively. Analyze, display and record no of operation and duration of motor running. i) Voltage related faults: - Single phasing, under voltage, over-voltage, unbalanced voltage. ii) Current Related faults: - Over current / load, dry running, unbalanced current / load, earth leakage, short circuiting. The panel shall also be provided with ammeter and voltmeter of appropriate capacity. All the equipments used i.e. contactors, relays, mccb etc. used should be of standard make. Testing: Providing and fitting of pvc copper cable of appropriate rating to be laid between voltage stabilizer and newly installed LT Control Panel after proper thimbling. Making of all the electrical connections and testing the panel on no load and then on full load conditions. Complete job including cost and carriage of materials and labour charges
3Design fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 03 Ton capacity electrically operated chain pulley along with allied works at Tube Well Patta Paloura suitably designed for operation of extraction / lowering of submersible pumping unit along with column assembly of following specifications: - Electric Chain Hoist are designed as per IS: 6547. Capacity: 03 Ton No. of Falls: 2 Hoisting Speed Mt / Min:2 Mtr. / Min HP of the Motor: 3-5 HP CONSTRUCTION: Hoist should be of unique modular construction which makes it an ideal choice since each sub assembly is easily accessible individually, thus reducing the time and cost involved in the maintenance. FRAME: The Frame is of sturdy design, fabricated from tested steel plates and is welded / bolted type. GEARBOX: Totally enclosed gear box with gears made from EN-9/EN-24, Steel and teethed on precision hobbing machines, hardened & tempered. The gears are le and need no further lubrication. ELECTRICMOTOR: 3 Phase, 440 Volt A.C. 50 cycles, Squirrel cage Induction Motor. LOADCHAIN: Conforms to IS: 6216-1971, Grade 80, tested, calibrated and duly heat treated. BRAKE: Instant action "fail to safe, Electro Magnetic disc brakes are incorporated to ensure maximum safety and reliability in operation. UNIT SWITCH: Snap action limits switches are used to prevent over hoisting and over lowering. CONTROL PANEL Totally enclosed dust and moisture proof panel housing with components of standard make. Provides control at low voltage for safety of operator. HOOKS: Steel Forge conforming to IS: 8610- 1977. Free to rotate & swivel. TEST: Each Hoist is tested to 25% Overload with conformation to IS: 6547-1971. 4Providing of 2 nos. submersible pump set having specifications 15000 GPH x 76 Mtrs. Head. Job includes shifting of the new submersible pump sets from place of storing to workshop. Fabrication of and fitting of U – shaped tie rod / clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pump by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of expander / reducer nipple for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS plate threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducer / expander nipple to be fastened with column pipe at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Coupling of submersible pump-set and testing it in testing pit at workshop and shifting to site of work. One no. submersible pump set is to kept as standby and is to be shifted and safely unloaded at site. Extraction of damaged pump set along with column pipes and worn out submersible cable. Lowering of new submersible pump set by way of providing and fitting of 16 mm sq. submersible cable 110 Mtrs in length. Making of connections of submersible cable with motor leads and lowering of submersible pump set. Making of all connections with LT control panel and then testing the pump set on no load and then on full load conditions. The job includes cost of submersible pump sets, lowering of submersible pump set, submersible cable, materials i.e. tie rod, expander, reducer, nipple, nuts, bolts, rubber sheets and labour charges. 5Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA, 3 phase, copper wound, oil cooled manual voltage stabilizer at Tube Well Patta Paloura. The stabilizer should be provided with 160 Amps MCCB for over load protection, voltage and current display for independent phases with selector switches along with RYB phase indicators. The stabilizer should be mounted on unidirectional wheels. Shifting of stabilizer to site of installation by means of mechanical transport. Unloading using hydra crane and skilled labour. Providing and fitting of 200 Amps main switch between electric transformer and voltage stabilizer. Main switch is to be mounted on the wall using anchor bolts. Providing and fitting of 120 mm sq. armoured LT Al cable to be laid between voltage stabilizer to main switch and from main switch to electric transformer after proper thimbling. Making necessary electrical connections and testing the stabilizer on no load and then on full load conditions. Complete job including cost and carriage of materials i.e. voltage stabilizer, transformer oil, main switch, LT cable, hire charges of hydra crane and mechanical transport and labour charges etc. Complete job.
