Aluminium belt and Aluminium D-type handle 4" sizethe window shutter to be painted with two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 45AOR for repair of detiorarted RCC Surface having exposed rusted consisting of following operation a) Chipping of concrete surfaced 25mm thick average depth afterwards removal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. Complete in all respect ot the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/pidilite/master crete) coating mixing with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats @ 0.20 kg Polymer per 1 Kg cement c)providing and fixing Fibre mesh with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails. Complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-incharge. d) Placing of cement concrete 1:1: 1/2:3 having thicknesss (3/4" to 1.1/4") mixed with acrylic polymer admixture @ 1 kg per bag of cement average thickness 1.. 46Providing and fixing 19mm thick (Century, Nation, Green Ply, Kit Ply, Virgo) Commericial Board shutterin existing cup board, lipped with hard wood lipping of 19mm x 6mm on exposed edges including nail, screw and fevicol etc. the rate also included the cost of two coats of special quality over one coat of wooden primer after preparation of ply wood surfaces fixed in position complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Enginner in charge.
