NOTE:- Contractor hasto arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit withoutany extra cost to the dept. Test report to be submitted after completion of job.
2Filling /pouring of up to the appropriate level Transformer oil of low viscosity having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:-Dielectric strength test shall be carried out at site before pouring/filling in transformers in the presence of Engr-in-Charge on the site
3Defect rectification of LT 1.1 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pules, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator for cable of any size XLPE 11 KV / 1.1 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
4Supply, jointing and testing Straight through cable joint heat shrinkable including all material and accessories suitable for 4 core X 25-95 Sqmm XLPE cable of 1100 volts (E)grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make / Model - Birla 3 M Ltd, Raychem rpg/Denson) Note : Cost of Prepration of existing end deemed to be included in unit rate.
5All as item No 4 but of size 3.5 core X120sqmm- 185 sqmm.
6All as item No 4 but of size above 3.5 core X185sqmm.
7Comprehensive maintainance of oil cooled servo voltage stablizer by isolating ,disconnecting of input/output supply cable,opening of top of voltage stablizer,detecting of fault ,unserviceable component in control panel /dimmerstat /PCB etc,cleaning of serviceable parts/ component ,including preparation of old painted steel surface by brushing /cleaning strain grease /oily spots with thinner and applying two coats of spray painting with spray machine & replacement of worn out spare parts etc, if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

13Taking down/Removing existing PCC/Steel poles from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Damaged poles shall be removed from site as per direction of Engineer-in- charge
14Taking down existing old cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
15Taking down old unserviceable insulators any type and size from poles including stacking for reuse if found serviceable or removal from site complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
16Replacement of lightening arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, suitable for 11000 Volts grade transmission class, discharge capacity 65KA including brackets, clamps, nuts, washers and connecting to 4mm dia GI earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
17Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) any size on poles, stretched on LT poles without any kink and bends of various sizes complete including fixing to insulator with Aluminium binding wire complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge.
1811000 volts grade disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145mm height, 255mm dia ball and socket type white or brown or green with tension clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
19Pin type porcelain vitreous white or brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut,150mm height,150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
20Replacement of MS Channel/angle iron/flat iron of required size and bend to shape as cross arms, bracing and support including MS clamps back plates with bolts, nuts, and washers drilled for insulators including painting with two coats of synthetic enemel paint (Aluminium shade) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge.
21Steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick mild steel base plate(300mmx300mm), welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II Type 410 SP-55, 11.0 mtr long including drilling holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminious paintinternally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height of 1.5 m and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Cost of Excavation, Earth Work and PCC in foundation are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

32Taking downtest point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw all as specified and as directedby Engr-in-Charge.
33Disconnecting the bindings of loose overhead conductor of LT/HT lines from insulators and restringing the same for proper sag and rebinding with new aluminium binding wires at insulators, making all jumpers and inter connections of conductors at cut points as well as turnings using PG clamps of suitable size as per size of conductor for any type of conductor including restringing of continuous GI earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Trimming of tree branches upto 3 m all around the conductors is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) Three ACSR conductors and two GI earth wire will be measured as one unit length for payment. (iii) Cost of PG clamps, aluminium winding wire and eye hook for GI earth wire are included in the rates coated for restringing.
34Replacement of stay assembly complete with acessories as shown in electrical plate no 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, excavation and concrete measured separately) with 16 mm dia stay rod complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge including taking down old U/S same items.
