    Dismantling Of Existing Old Pivot Arms From The Mechanism Of One Of The First Stage Unit. Material Testing Of The Existing Pivot Arm And Submission Of Test Certificate. Submission Of Detailed Drawings Along With Specification And Proper Bill Of Material And Getting It Approved From Kpcl. Fabrication Of Deflector Pivot Arms Using The Similar Material As Existing. Supply Of 12 Nos. Deflector Pivot Arms To Mghe Works. Joint Inspection At Mghe Works. Material Test Certificate Of The Newly Fabricated Pivot Arm Shall Be Submitted During Joint Inspection. Installation And Commissioning Of The Supplied Deflector Pivot Arms. Testing / Adjustment Of The Newly Installed Deflector Pivot Arms. Site Clearance For 2 Nos. Of Units Will Be Issued At One Time. Any Connectors, Clamps, Pipes, Hardwares Required For Installation Works Is Covered Under Scope Of Work. All Type Of Consumables Required For Installation Works Is Automatically Covered Under Scope Of Work. Any Tools And Tackles, Mounting Devices Required For Installation Works Has To Be Arranged By The Firm. Any Special Tools And Tackles Required Will Be Issued By Kpcl Based On Availability. If The Issued Tools And Tackles Are Damaged By The Contractor It Shall Be Replaced By The Same Brand And Specification. Transportation Of Men And Materials Shall Be Arranged By The Firm. Power Supply Will Be Provided By Kpcl For Installation Activity, To Draw Power Is The Responsibility Of The Firm. Fabrication, Supply And Retro Fitting Of Deflector Pivot Arms For First Stage Unit Turbines At Mghe Works, Jogfalls 577435, Shimoga Dist., Karnataka.
